The drive thru with even just 2 cars can take like 20 minutes. I don't completely blame the staff because I see customers fumbling with their wallets and stuff. They had some item behind a locker case so be aware of that. They were slow when I came and went to the photo department. The best addition they added was a button to press so it alert the whole store that help is needed at a certain department. It still took awhile for someone to come out to help me and then she asked me to go pay at the cashier in the front instead of the cashier right there.
