Believe the hype! Diana does a really great job. I've tried many different waxing and threading places for my brows and I've always found getting my brows done so painful and uncomfortable. Today I have reunited with my favorite esthetician, Diana. She was exactly as I remembered, sweet, down to earth, gentle and professional. I've been seeing Diana for about a year and a half now and I just love her. I refer her to everyone. Hands down the best brow wax I've had in the past 6 years. She is so meticulous and doesn't automatically rip off half your brow and listens to what you want. I was told by my dermatologist to get a facial and after browsing the internet I came across this yelp review. All the reviews about Diana are absolutely 100% true. She is unbelievable friendly, professional, and well-informed on all matters within her field . I went in for a petite facial and felt like I was getting more than I deserved. The facial was soothing, relaxing, and after a few days I really saw the results. My skin cleared up a lot and all her suggestions about post-spa care were dead-on as well. i LOVE diana. love love love. i went to her for a brazilian and an eye lash tint in preparation for my trip to mexico. it was my first time getting waxed on my uh..lady parts, and she was so sweet. totally put me at ease. and she's not one of those weirdo hippy type of estheticians who talk quietly and freak me out. she did a very thorough job and didn't make me feel uncomfortable even though i had my stuff all up in her face. definitely going back to her for all of my waxing and tinting needs. just an fyi: the front of the spa says skinescentuals or something like that. i got the impression that several different estheticians run their businesses out of this location. so don't walk around outside looking like an idiot for a place that says bloom on the outside. oh, and let me add also that her prices are super reasonable. most places in the east bay charge $80+ for a brazilian, diana charges $60. ok, now i'm done, promise. read more

I just got back from facial with Diana and I have to say, it was one of the BEST facials I've ever had. Diana is not just AMAZING at what she does, but she is also a genuinely nice person. Ok, usually I would never take to the Internet to talk about something as personal and intimate as a bikini wax or dare I say it... Brazilian bikini wax but... here I am! What a great experience! Diana was warm, friendly, personable and very gentle yet was not shy to tell you what she needed you to do, where she wanted your legs or the best position for you to be in so that she could take care of your precious lady parts. She made something that makes even the toughest of ladies squirm, feel comfortable and and bearable, considering the circumstances. Despite the love I share for Diana and for her amazing skills, I was surprised to find several missed hairs once I got home. I took very good care of myself after the appointment, doing exactly as instructed to ensure it did not get irritated, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. It could be because it was the first time I've had a full Brazilian, but regardless, I was a little bummed with the results considering I had to finish up the job when I got home. I went to Diana for my first Brazilian and she was awesome. I was a bit nervous as I arrived but she quickly made me feel comfortable. We talking the whole time which helped with the pain and gave me tips to ease the pain. I couldn't ask for a better person for my first time. she is awesome! And the pain wasn't nearly as bad as I expected, I hate getting my brows waxed more, not sure if she just did an awesome job or if it is really just not that painful to begin with.
