    Tulips that were left on the front porch in 89 degree weather.

    My mother in law received a bouquet of Tulips for Mother's Day 2024. Yesterday afternoon, she received a text message that she had a floral delivery due to arrive; upon arrival the delivery driver rang the doorbell, after no one answered the door the decision was made by someone, to leave the vase of tulips on the front porch. I should mention that is was 89 degrees. (Unfortunately, no one was home to answer the door. ) My mother in law called the florist and shared what had happened, and told the florist that unfortunately the flowers had been left outside and they were extremely wilted requesting them to be replaced, and was told by the florist to throw them away if she didn't want to look at the wilting flowers, and hung up on her. I was certain, there must have been a miscommunication. This morning, I called the florist and first spoke with Debi and shared the above details with her. I was then placed on hold, Amy picked up the phone and when explained to her that I was on hold waiting for Debi, I would be happy to wait, Amy told me that Debi was busy and that she would help me. Amy explained to me that this is a very busy time for them and they may be multiple delivery drivers. The drivers are requested to first, text the recipient prior to delivery, and then ring the doorbell. Amy was unwilling to say what should have been done if the door was unanswered. I simply asked to have the flowers re-delivered and Amy said that they are extremely busy and do not have time to do that. I asked to speak with the owner, and was told that the owner does not come in to the shop. I asked who the owner is and Amy said she was unable to share that information. As a previous business owner, I was proud to state my ownership of my business as well as be made aware of when things are not running as I would expect them to be. I then asked Amy to have the owner contact me, as I would surely believe that this is not how she would wish to have her business ran. After the call, I look on the Better Business Bureau to see who the owner is to find out that Debbie Deleso is the owner.. Is this the same Debbie that placed me on hold? I certainly hope not. I was simply asking this florist to make right on the error, and redeliver fresh flowers and was told by Amy "I took the message; I will ask the owner to call you". The party that sent the flowers contacted their local florist of who ordered the flowers from and someone at AZ bloomers again stated that she knocked and rang the doorbell. I am extremely frustrated, that someone spent good money on flowers, and this florist feels that this is acceptable customer service.

    If I could give this shop a zero I would. I ordered an arrangement through FromYouFlowers.com and what I received was a joke. The flowers were half dead and it looked nothing like what I purchased. The women who spoke to me first was rude inconsiderate and told me the owner was not on the premises. Three minutes later she must have shown up, because she called me and then continued to be rude. I'd be surprised if anyone can get a word in between the two, they just don't seem to care about what their customers think. I would never recommend this company. I ordered a gift for my mother for Mother's Day. Now with the holiday being tomorrow, I'm sure I'll have to settle for grocery store flowers. I was hung up on twice and not offered a reimbursement, or even an adjusted arrangement. This is the biggest let down.

    What was delivered

    If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order for Mother's Day (was expected to deliver tuesday) got there the day of Mother's Day looking like someone just said fuck it and threw it together. Today I called and spoke to the owner of the store who continuously talked over me. Being beyond fucking rude. She continuously stated that they take pictures of the arrangements before they go out which she must have been senile because the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like what I paid for. I do understand the shortage of flowers and the effect of Covid but there is absolutely no excuse to send such an ugly arrangement for the amount we paid for. If there was a shortage you shouldn't have sent those flowers. You should have called and explained that it would not look at all like the picture. The owner proceeded to say that the only way to get a refund is she will go pick up the flowers and give a refund once she takes the flowers back. LADY if you want business try to save yourself and your shop and offer to make a beautiful arrangement to make up for that piece of shit you sent. Disgusting customer service on the owners end. We've been trying to get ahold of the owner to no avail. To think we were recommended this floral shop from a local family trusted shop. I will never order here again nor do I recommend anyone order from here.

    Bloomers Flowers & Gifts

    My boy friend send flowers to my office once in a while. He chooses Bloomers Flowers & Gifts quite often. I honestly don't know how easy the ordering process is and how well the products are priced. I just know the bouquets are beautiful and they smell absolutely amazing! If the purpose is to impress, then the goal is definetly achieved everytime

    See how little and wimpy this is . I paid $60.00 for this through Bloomers in Mesa . Looks more like a $25.00 arrangement

    Flowers arrived on time with no balloon. They refunded the cost of the balloon after a couple of attempts to make contact.
