The design was absolutely exquisite and the quality of the flowers was beyond anything I've received before. The attention to detail and the choice of such unique, rare blooms made this bouquet feel incredibly special and luxurious. It was truly the most beautiful and elegant floral arrangement I have ever been given. I would hands down recommend this amazing florist over any other shop in the valley or anywhere in Arizona. If you want something truly extraordinary, this is the place to go!!!! God bless this amazingly artistic flower shop!

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. When I first called, I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes by a young girl only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. When I called back, a different person answered and transferred me back to the same young girl, who seemed bothered and uninterested in helping. She kept speaking over me while I was trying to convey what I was hoping for and repeatedly tried to upsell me even after I clearly explained my budget of $150. This was not my idea of a grand gesture for a birthday gift. I specifically asked for peonies to be the centerpiece, and what was delivered felt lackluster, underwhelming, and lacking creativity. The arrangement my daughter received looked much smaller and far less impressive than what I expected for the price paid and the expectations set. It did not feel grand or special at all. Overall, the customer service and final product did not match the experience I hoped for. I will not be using their services again. Edit: I've also included the pink bouquet I purchased from Imagine Flowers (Scottsdale) at the same price, delivery included.

The arrangements available are absolutely stunning--some are outside my usual budget, but I found the Leeloo bouquet, which felt like a great upgrade I could still stretch into. I was ordering on behalf of my son, who's currently unable to manage many errands himself, and the bouquet needed to include peonies--his girlfriend's favorite. This one did, and the vibrant colors matched her personality perfectly. Ordering online was simple, and I received a text confirming and clarifying a few items. I selected the 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. pickup window, and when I asked if they'd be open at 8:30 a.m. sharp, they confirmed yes, and I planned accordingly. When I arrived a bit early, the shop was still closed. I waited for a while, then texted to confirm I was in the right place, and received a kind phone call apologizing--turns out there had been a small miscommunication, and someone was on their way. They arrived quickly and were genuinely kind and apologetic. It did cause a bit of a timing crunch (the card I'd written got a bit messed up in the shuffle, and I ended up improvising), but the bouquet was so stunning it made up for it. I wish I had taken better photos, but I was rushing to get the flowers to her before her birthday morning started. She loved them. What really stood out to me, aside from the bouquet, was the care they took after the fact. I received a heartfelt voicemail from the team explaining what had happened--it was someone's first week, they were so sorry it impacted the experience, and their sincerity came through. That kind of follow-up matters a lot to me. So yes, the experience wasn't perfectly smooth--but it was perfectly human, and absolutely worthy of 5 stars. I'll definitely be back.

I was told via text to pick up my order and confirmed I would, even though the website only offered delivery (which I still paid for). I reached out the day before and again the morning of asking for the address and received no response. When I arrived, I waited 25 minutes outside with no communication. At no point did anyone mention they thought the order was for delivery, despite me clearly confirming pickup. When I asked about the delay, I was told they thought the order was for delivery and that the owner was busy working on a wedding. That explanation was frustrating, as I had clearly confirmed pickup in advance and was already there waiting. The situation with another event shouldn't have impacted my order, and it didn't align with the communication I had received. When I finally received the order, it was obvious it had been put together last minute using whatever materials were left. The photos speak for themselves ... what I received looks nothing like the arrangements shown on the website in terms of fullness, detail, or overall quality. Between the lack of communication, the long wait, and the final product not matching what was advertised, the entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend, especially for important events like prom where timing and quality matter

He commented that the service was very friendly and great with ensuring the flowers arrived before I left for the day, since I didn't know they were arriving. My luck would be I left before they showed. Lastly, he commented they were reasonably priced and would gladly order from again as it's less than 5 miles from my office. When I contacted the business, the owner acknowledged that the comment had been entered into their POS/back-office system and stated that it was intended as an internal note. What concerned me most was not only that this was written about a customer at all, but that it was apparently stored in a way that could become customer-visible. The owner's response also focused heavily on defending the employee interaction rather than fully addressing the professionalism of the note itself. I understand businesses get busy and stressful situations happen, especially around holidays. But I do not believe customers should be described this way in company systems or accidentally sent those comments in emails. I am attaching screenshots so others can judge the situation for themselves.
