I did oil changes on time every time, one of those magical times I noticed they only put 5 quarts out of 6 in my Grand Cherokee. Since then it started knocking and eventually self destruct. Thanks for that. Decided maybe its a fluke as the 3.6 has a lot of issues. Starting taking my new car there and I noticed a knocking sound from the new car.. I took the car to a different shop to discover a third party drain plug that was put in and stripped out and the engine had less that 2 quarts in it. I will never go here again due to poor service and the what seems to be lack of staff training/oversight from management. This is not including the visit where my S.O. was waiting in the lobby only for some wierdo to expose himself in their lobby. Did they say sorry to her? No!

If I could do no stars I would…read more On June 7th I took my car in for a drive shaft bar. 2 weeks later I paid $983 and picked it up only for another issue to arise. I called him and asked for a tow truck his response was just drive it to my shop. We were clear over by Walmart when it went down. As we drove I recorded the noise and the smoke coming from under my hood. The next I went in and he said he would get to it shortly. Over the next 7.5 weeks I would call several times and get new excuses everytime. The transfer case was bad, the transmission bolt snapped and he had to see if he could weld it, another bolt was miss now he may have to replace whole transmission. After all the time and wait we get it back just recently in August for $623 and low and behold 2 new noises. I called the shop it went to his cell for the 24hr towing I questioned the noises he said he drove it and heard the back right wheel barring was bad but he wasn't dealing with it. I asked about the metal on metal grinding in the front of my vehicle he said he didn't hear that. I said I wanted it looked at cause it was something they did. He told me he didn't want to look at it cause he was upset about it and gave me a $1000 in free parts. Yet on my bill there was nothing about a bolt, welding, or anything to do with my transmission and he charged me for the parts he did put on so idk what he was talking about. It just baffles me that hears a noise and new the issue and didn't try or attempt to fix it and when questioned about it got snotty saying he wasn't gonna look at it for at a week cause he was upset. I paid him $1603 to fix one issue that magically turned into 4 or 5 issues and no he won't fix the 2 new ones cause he's upset. This was my only vehicle and he had it for a long time and made excuses and lied to me. I know he lied to me because I drove through the lot everytime he said he was working on it and it was still parked in the same place. I called him one day at 4:41 pm he said he was under it right then and looking at it. I drove through the lot at 5:16pm same day it was still in same spot as before. In my opinion save your time and money and go somewhere else.
