I called Moore's Tires they responded to my house with a service truck within 35 minutes . A young gentleman named Milo proceeded to do his job quickly and courteously . He took the tire off went back to the shop repaired it brought it back and reinstalled all inside of a total of 45 minutes from the time that I made the call for help . I can't say enough about this young gentleman named Milo a fantastic employee doing much more than just the job he was doing service service to the customers .

When we asked why this wasn't told to us in advance, we were met with total indifference. I absolutely would not recommend this place. I would warm people to be very very careful with whatever price they quote you.

Absolute 1st time experience to call our insurance roadside assistance. Tow truck driver, Frank, arrived within an hour of service call. He was extremely careful with the truck in its situation. He explained his thoughts and how to avoid anymore damage to the broken area. Last, but not least, even during the unload, Frank was very professional with meticulous care, taking his time, full attention so much that "there wasn't even a scratch" on the bumper as we observed his work from begin to end. I am in town on business and on the drive my van had an issue. I didn't have an appointment and…read morethere were already people there when I got there. Dawn was who I met first and she didn't think they would be able to get to it because of how booked they were. Mike said he would take a quick look. He fixed me up in less than an hour. Everyone was very courteous. The price was less than half what I was expecting just for diagnosing the problem. They fixed things that I didn't request but was for safety reasons. They got me fixed up and back to be safely on the road for less than $100. It's nice to see small town shops are still friendly and ready to help someone who is 800 miles from home. I highly recommend this shop. I probably won't be back this way ever but if I am that's where I would go.

Horrible customer service by front desk...I called earlier today and asked for an estimate to have…read morethe ignition switch replaced on my car. The 1st person I spoke with said they would be happy to do this, unfortunately everyone was on lunch (I did call during the lunch hour) and she asked if someone could call me back around 1 when they returned. I said that would be fine, provided my name and phone number, and waited for the return call. When the call didn't come, almost 2 hours later, I called back. This time a different woman answered the phone. She wasn't friendly at all. I explained who I was and that I had called earlier. I asked if anyone was available to provide the estimate. She rudely said they don't provide estimates by phone and I would need an appointment to have this done. I told her the woman I spoke with earlier said they would be happy to do this for me when someone was available. The 2nd woman became argumentative and said the 1st woman was incorrect. I am a past customer of Jones' and they have provided an estimate by phone in the past. Maybe this is something they no longer do, and that's fine, but the attitude and horrible customer service is not. I will no longer do business with Jones'. The rudeness of the 2nd woman lost my business.
