Often, there is a wait, but it has a large waiting area. Prices are average for oil changes and other minor things I have done over the years. The location is convenient. The last time I went in was for an oil change and tire rotation. They also aired the tires or said so. I paid the bill and got out to my car to see my tire on the driver's side flat. It was packed inside, and I didn't want to mess around any longer, so I aired it myself. My checklist showed that everything worked, which was amazing since my Windshield fluid container has been broken for some time. I will continue to go there until I can get moved from this horrid area. I don't see much promise from any place around here, and this is one of the better places.

Had my girlfriend and my parents with. Went in and talked to I believe it was Bill, told him our problem, he came out looked at our car, checked his inventory. Told me he had a set that matched our car. Then started figuring up the cost. Know I'm thinking, dam this is going to hurt. I did oil changes on time every time, one of those magical times I noticed they only put 5 quarts out of 6 in my Grand Cherokee. Since then it started knocking and eventually self destruct. Thanks for that. Decided maybe its a fluke as the 3.6 has a lot of issues. Starting taking my new car there and I noticed a knocking sound from the new car.. I took the car to a different shop to discover a third party drain plug that was put in and stripped out and the engine had less that 2 quarts in it. I will never go here again due to poor service and the what seems to be lack of staff training/oversight from management. This is not including the visit where my S.O. was waiting in the lobby only for some wierdo to expose himself in their lobby. Did they say sorry to her? No!

Everyone was very courteous. The price was less than half what I was expecting just for diagnosing the problem. They fixed things that I didn't request but was for safety reasons. They got me fixed up and back to be safely on the road for less than $100. It's nice to see small town shops are still friendly and ready to help someone who is 800 miles from home.
