Upon doing some digging, it turns out they are another DBA of "Cathedral City Florist", as they have the same address. We had already had problems with them in the past. The flowers were delivered wilted and were completely dead within 2 days. My husband took the flowers down there to show them and they offered to redeliver. Well they did, but they were still not in good shape and they were half the size of the original ones. This is honestly the worst flower shop we have ever encountered. They can change their name and try to hide their bad reputation, but all they are doing is hurting others. I can't imagine if this was for a funeral. I forgot to mention that both times they were delivered the people were in pajamas blasting their music disrupting all of my neighbors. But this time, they just didn't deliver them at all. So they will be reported to the BBB as well as us getting our money back from the bank. I really hope nobody else has to go through this situation like we did, as sometimes flowers are sent for a happy occasion. Although, this business did nothing to make us happy. Far from it!!! Update: This morning, the following Monday at 9am received an email stating that the flowers were delivered and asked if I liked them (an auto email). Looked around, watched the cameras, no flowers. Called and finally got someone on the phone. She said my flowers were sitting right next to her at the shop and asked if I wanted them delivered. If I want 4 day old flowers delivered. I let her know at this point my husband wants a refund and she claimed she'd have to talk to the owner, she'll call me back and hung up on me. This place is a joke.

So when Palm Springs Florist said they could do it, I was cautiously hopeful. They didn't just meet expectations--they exceeded them. They created a stunning $500 bouquet that was over 26 inches wide and nearly 2.5 feet tall--in under three hours. Not only that, they accommodated revisions, communicated quickly while I was literally driving from LA to Palm Springs, and made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. When we arrived at our hotel and the flowers were already inside, my partner was absolutely blown away--completely speechless. That moment alone made everything worth it. Unfortunately, the florals delivered were very different from what was discussed and from the reference photos and instructions I provided (photo attached). My bouquet (bride) did not reflect the requested design -- I had specifically asked for little to no white flowers, all six bridesmaids colors to be included, to match the tropic vibe of the alter, and for the arrangements to be adjusted in size if necessary to stay within budget (photo attached). My bridesmaids had the smallest Calla Lilys when I was promised, pageant style bouquets for them with my Maid of Honors having cascading pieces to match my bouquet (photo attached). Which none did. In addition, the altar florals appeared unfinished (photo attached) , and several guests mentioned they saw them still being arranged while seated for the ceremony (photo attached). The delivery was also significantly delayed, which caused me to miss having florals in all of my pre-ceremony photos and disrupted our timeline since we could not take family photos in the ceremony space before hand. The bouquets where passed out just moments before my ceremony music began. What upset me most, was being approached by the vendor regarding her personal life events immediately before walking down the aisle. I understand unexpected situations can happen, but addressing them with me, the bride, at that moment added unnecessary stress during an already emotional time and was extremely inappropriate. She also promised a refund for the bouquets which I have yet to receive. More than anything, I wish there had been honesty and communication throughout the process. Had I known earlier that there were issues fulfilling the order as discussed, I would have appreciated the transparency and had the opportunity to make other plans. Instead this vendor continued to tell my coordinator she was "on her way" for over three hours. This vendor has not contacted me since. I have reached out requesting resolution and a refund multiple times, but there has been no response. Overall, the service, communication and final product did not reflect what was agreed upon, especially for such an important day.
