Not really sure how to react to this business and my rating is solely based on the customer service. I'm sure they have wonderful flowers but sadly, I won't know. I live in another state and family was enduring unexpected COVID so had to cancel Easter with family. I really wanted to send something special since we couldn't be there. The photos of arrangements that I found on-line were just what I was looking for. Surprisingly, I couldn't find any option to order through a website. So, I called when they opened and was met with an abrupt, "We aren't doing any more orders today." This was 9:00 am. Geez, a "thanks for calling" might have been nice. After all, I am calling you to spend my money. While I am happy to see a small business flourish, I find it hard to believe that they had absolutely no options so close to Easter. I hope the pictures that are posted of the arrangements are what you receive. I tried. My money will unfortunately go elsewhere. read more

Was just stood up for an appointment to plan flowers for my sons upcoming wedding. Drove over an hour to get to this place and the woman wasn't even there. Supposedly she "called" my son/DIL to be. Neither of them had a voicemail or missed call. Also, no attempt to email either of them to reschedule this appointment. Needless to say, we will not be using this place for the wedding. If we can't trust them to be there for an appointment, I don't trust they'll be able to fulfill our order and make certain attention to detail is taken care of and delivered on time. Very poor business management in todays day and age. If they had phone numbers, supposedly called, why didn't they leave a VM? They also could have texted. So many ways to reach a potential client with a big order like a wedding. Their loss now! read more
