My boyfriend ordered chocolate covered strawberries in a birthday box and had them delivered to me. He lives in Maine and I live in NJ so it was a nice surprise. The only thing I didn't really like was they called me and told me they were going to be a couple minutes late... which threw me off because it was suppose to be a surprise. Kelly made this the best EA experience I've ever had!! Because of COVID, we wanted to do a small gender reveal just with us and immediate family. Kelly was in on decorating our chocolates in coordination of whatever the little envelope from the nurse said. The fruit was fresh and chocolate was delicious, but my husband and I really felt that Kelly was genuinely happy for us and actually excited to be a part of our little gender reveal. Awful customer service! Ordered this bouquet for a birthday and paid additional money to add the numbers "4" and "8". See those two non-distinguishable blobs of pineapple in the middle of the bouquet.... yup, those are supposed to be the numbers. I am completely aghast that this was allowed to go out the store's doors. I called the shop and spoke with Mahogany who assured me I would receive a call from the manager as she could not assist me. Two days later, I called and spoke with Damien who told me the same. I received an e-mail survey directly from Edible Arrangements and gave the same feedback. Sent this arrangement to a coworker for the passing of a family member. Ordered it around 2:00 and she received it by 6:00pm. Although I've never been to the facility itself it looks very well organized and clean from the window outside. I called the recipient to see if food was fresh and tasty and she said yes. I got one a few months ago and didn't think the fruit was tasty at all. Glad to see she had a better outcome. For the price the fruit should be amazing in my opinion. Would definitely order again and try and find some sort of coupon or free shipping, I thought 14.99 was a lot for shipping. read more

I ordered a tray of their chocolate covered strawberries to be picked up the day of my daughter's 21st birthday party... they called me 2 days before to tell me that they decided not to open that day!! 2 DAYS!! And the only "solution" they offered was to deliver to me the day before!! I'm not from the area! Where would you deliver it to?? I have no where to store that before the party! Unbelievable! Unbelievably not helpful! Do not depend on this store if you need something important. I'm beyond disappointed and upset. Their excuse was it will be BaconFest in Easton and it won't be easy to get to their store... BaconFest has been scheduled for months yet you decide 2 days before to close? My husband had ordered me a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries. When I received it, I was super happy with it. The strawberries were big, fresh, and juicy. The chocolate was very nice as well. Its not that waxy chocolate, its a nice, smooth quality semi sweet chocolate. He told me he arrived at the store a bit early and it was all ready to go. Service was good and I couldn't be happier with my Valentines Day gift. I highly recommend this store. I know some other edible arrangement stores don't have a great review. Ordered an arrangement to be picked up at 10:00 AM, had to wait 15 minutes because it was not ready so I told the girl had I known they were just making it I would have told them to box it in a Happy Birthday box. I placed an order late last night for a dear friend going through a difficult time and then got a call that she had an emergency doctors appointment early that afternoon. I called EA as soon as I got up and asked if there was any way my delivery could get there before 1p. The girl kindly said she'd try her best but couldn't guarantee anything. I completely understood. Not only did my delivery make it there before 1pm but with an hour and a half to spare. She said it was the perfect gift to lift her spirits and the fruit was absolutely delicious. I picked up a large "Delicious Daisy" arrangement from Edible Arrangements. In the past, I was always offered a big plastic shopping bag to transport home, but this time I was told by the girl at the desk that there aren't any bags available and the only option is pay for a $20 cooler bag, which I declined. I put the arrangement on the passenger seat in the car and it tipped over several times because the top portion with all the fruit was just too heavy for the arrangement to sit up right. When we opened the basket the following day the grapes had mold on them, most of the strawberries were rotten, the number "90" craved in pineapple we specially ordered and paid for was small and unrecognizable because it was placed in between all the fruit. Totally disappointed and the kids refused to eat it because of the mold they saw on the fruit. These people flat out lied to me and to my recipient about a delivery. Ordered on the 7th for Valentine's Day. They said an attempt for delivery was made on 13th- no slip left at recipient and I received a phone call that night. I then tried to reach them from Feb 13- Feb 15th- phone was either busy, completely off the hook or no answer. Was told to leave emails- I emailed 3 times, no reply. Finally got in touch on the 15th (no delivery had been made and I paid $70)- was blamed for not leaving the right phone number (I left mine). Then I gave them the recipient's number (which I had been trying to do over the three days) and they called her and lied to her about delivery attempts- she was home a lot and received no notices whatsoever. Manager was not the least bit sorry - they are still charging me full price and nothing has been delivered. Don't shop there unless you want something a year in advance. Horrible service. Customer is apparently always wrong. read more

This business provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The recipient was not home at the designated time and the delivery person made numerous attempts, keeping me informed each time. I was very impressed with everyone I spoke with,Jordan, Alicia, and Kevin. The manager, Kelly, was absolutely wonderful. Without going into details about the delivery ( not Edible Arrangement's fault) Kelly followed through and addressed the issues and solved my problems.
