When we walked in the door she should have said, hello I don't have anyone to help you but I could ask someone to call you. We looked a few sample books, but the young gal couldn't answer a question. As a business owner you should at least train your staff on the types of blinds and how to price them. IT isn't rocket science, to give a ball park figure on someone's measurements. I understand that the business would want to measure the window's themselves but at least someone could go to the price book, look at the on factor and price the blinds according to the customers sizes. We left and went somewhere else.

Well they haven't met Phil! I cannot believe how fast he was ... and accurate and ... professional. My goal was to have it look good from the outside of the window as well. It appears as if Kevin controls the show and Laurie is the front, but either way BUYER BEWARE of any additional charges. Also, the couple can be each be very vicious and combative when pressed. She sent me an invoice, but it did not show the extra amount Kevin had verbally requested. We notified the company twice. Once, she replied and said she had not gotten our correspondence. the second time they sent us an invoice with the additional $195 additional charge. This is NOT a good way to do business!
