When we walked in the door she should have said, hello I don't have anyone to help you but I could ask someone to call you. We looked a few sample books, but the young gal couldn't answer a question. As a business owner you should at least train your staff on the types of blinds and how to price them. IT isn't rocket science, to give a ball park figure on someone's measurements. I understand that the business would want to measure the window's themselves but at least someone could go to the price book, look at the on factor and price the blinds according to the customers sizes. We left and went somewhere else.

After many phone calls they were installed ten months after they were promised. Two of the four worked alright and the other two do not. The installers were here multiple times trying to figure it out and they still don't work properly. The other issue was the remote that didn't work. After three remotes of the same model and multiple visits by the installers and owner, I finally got a different replacement that is worse. This took almost six months of calls with the owner and visits from the installers. I'm done calling them because I know they incompetent. I really don't know how they're still in business.

They said we were given a discount because they were going to order with another client's order, but I didn't really see any "discount" because it was so much more than our first quote. The floor looked great, but they made a mess of the baseboards (big gaps, not lined up very well) & there was a big hole in the drywall that they didn't bother to mention. Thankfully I had the house painted after the flooring, & the paint guy had the drywall and baseboards repaired. I asked if it was customary to leave leftover floor boards after a job & they said yes, they would look into seeing what happened to the leftovers & call me back. Crickets, no call. I called back a couple of weeks later & was told the same thing, he would look into it & call me back. More crickets. I tried calling back & no answer, it just rang & rang. They did not leave me even 1 extra floor board! I feel that I paid for these & am not asking for a free ride, I just want what's mine in case of any mishaps. We recently purchased a home that had a Somfy Roller Shade system. These roller shades are…read moreelectric and require remote control using the Tahoma app or a Somfy remote control. The Somfy Roller Shades are really nice when you can get them to work. The previous owner did not have the remote control, so we had no way to raise or lower the roller shades. We found it to be very difficult to work with Somfy customer service over the phone to set up the Tahoma app, so we were planning on removing the shades all together. We attended a local St. George, Utah Home Show where I found the solution to our Somfy roller shades problem. We found the local BLOOMIN' BLINDS booth at the home show and we met Chase Jensen, owner. Chase came to our home and resolved the problem with the roller blinds. He got us a stand-alone remote control and installed the Tahoma app on both of our smart phones. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bloomin' Blinds and the excellent customer service provided by Chase Jensen.
