I received a picture of the flowers from the ecstatic receiver just two hours after I placed the order. These people aren't florist.... they are miracle workers! Since this was to be the delivered the day before the funeral I told her I didn't want that kind and wanted something that would last longer. I spent $102 total and got an ugly, plain plant with the $20 crystal cross that I requested stuck on the dirt and pushed against the plant. The plant was so plain that I was ashamed of it and apologized to the family. I have used this florist multiple times in the past and have always been thrilled. This order was a complete disappointment. Next time I will make sure we are both on the same page.
