I had a great experience with the creative and competent team of Lilygrass. I needed to order two flower bouquets for delivery to different addresses, one in Edmond and the other in OKC. I called the kind folks over at Lilygrass Flowers and Decor and they checked the zip codes as a first step to be sure they were the right team for the job. Turns out they were! Ordering over the phone was easy. They were able to email me photos of bouquets they had on hand to see if it matched my vision. They worked with me to customize the each order and let me know the expected delivery date. They sent me an email receipt which I was able to review and call them with a couple of minor changes. The flowers were delivered the next day. They were great about calling me when they ran into unforeseeable challenges delivering one of the orders. We got it figured out and the recipient received the order without problems. The Lillygrass team helped me curate a special bouquet for people in my life who are special to me. We walked into LilyGrass on Monday to order flowers for a wedding on Saturday! We gave them color direction, a bit of style direction, and they took it and ran with it. When I was on my way to pick up our flowers on Saturday, they had already given me a reminder "courtesy call" (greatly appreciated, because you never know!), and everything was ready to go when I walked in. We ordered two bouquets, two boutonnieres, and lots of loose flowers for bud vases for a very reasonable price. Everything was lovely, and we got so many compliments at the event. I was very disappointed in my arrangement for my mother's funeral I paid, what to me, was ALOT of money for mostly greenery. There was not even a dozen roses and only two large Gerbera daisies. They also told me they would text me a picture the day BEFORE the service in case I had questions I received an EMAIL 30 minutes prior to delivery on the day of the service. Alicia, The main point that I have written so many times is that your flower shop didn't send flower arrangements to the funeral hall at all. You still don't know irresponsible your florist is. And you arbitrarily blamed my sister for it. Of course I know exactly how my sister placed the ordered for me. Including pre- and post event communication. It was introduced by someone from Buchanan Funeral Services and my sister called you to order. At the time the person who answered the phone at the florist asked my sister what she wanted to write a condolence card for? My sister asked the person at the florist suggested writing " With Sympathy " and then asked sender name. My sister told the florist our names and the name of the deceased. The florist said that after the flower arrangement was completed, they would immediately send an email and a picture to my sister. She called the florist on Wednesday 11-13-24 in the morning. But the next day she still didn't received an email and a picture from the florist. She called the florist again and inquired. The person who answered the phone said that the flowers would be delivered to the mourning hall on time on ( Saturday) 11-16-24. The florist wanted to maintain the freshness of the flower. So they would not prepare the flowers too early.Florist also told my sister to rest assured. They said guarantee the flower arrangement would be delivered to the funeral hall on ( Saturday) 11-16-24. Because the funeral will be held on (Sunday)11-17-24 from 9am-1pm, but until the whole funeral is over. My relatives and friends called and said they can't see the flower arrangement with your names on it. My sister called again and left messages for the florist, because they were closed. It wasn't until (Monday)11-18-24 that my sister received the flower arrangement from the florist and the email said " SORRY " that they forgot to send the picture to my sister what you see in the photo is just a pot of colorful flowers. There is not a condolence card with the name of the deceased name as you mentioned. Because I contacted all my relatives and friends who attended the funeral and asked them if they had seen the flowers with my name on them delivered to the mourning hall? My relatives and friends also took videos and photos of the entire funeral ceremony. They also sent pictures to me. At the funeral we saw you did not send like picture to my sister exactly the same flower arrangement. It's just that we can't believe that on this solemn and painful day. Our thoughts can't be sent to the side of the deceased. This is our REGRET. read more

I had a horribly disappointing experience. After it took 8 hours for my order to be delivered less than 3 miles away, I was yelled at that they were out of chocolate and had go buy it for my order. How is that my fault when YOUR business offers gifts and decor items and NO ONE told me you were out when I placed the order? To make matters worse, the arrangement was pitiful. What a sad example of customer service and a poor quality arrangement. Also, I NEVER said it should have been delivered in two hours. I said I could understand it taking a few hours. But when you order shortly after opening, I'm not sure how it took until 5 to be delivered less than 3 miles from your business. I NEVER called or insinuated you are a liar! You are taking extreme creative liberties and this proves my point. I was asked my budget and I said $100. I wasn't aware until I received my invoice that it had been separated as $60 towards flowers, $23 towards chocolate, a $9 delivery fee which I was not told about, and taxes. The total came to over $99. I was NEVER told about fresh chocolate. You offered a refund at 4 pm only when I called to check on the status of the delivery that was still being worked on. If I'd known I'd be charged $23 for Hershey nuggets, I'd have passed. I understand you feel the need to reply and defend. I feel I have the right to post my dissatisfaction. We can agree to disagree. I would never lie about being yelled at or hung up on. I was told by Jackie I was just trying to kiss on everyone's parade and I didn't know the first thing about running a business. If this is how you choose to react when a customer says they're unhappy, that is your choice. read more
