I was very disappointed that the tulips I ordered were not what they represented on their website. They were tiny miniature tulips (small bulbs and a bout 3' tall) came in a tiny short vase too) which I didn't even know existed. Not only was I disappointed at the tulips that I ordered on Mother's Day but the man who took my order was very rude constantly referring me to their website for arrangement ideas when I asked him for a recommendation on what is fresh and looks good locally. I had to go with what I knew as tulips but I will never order from this florist again being local to the town that I was visiting (Cedarburg which was my home town) and I live in Arizona-- I CALLED versus ordering on the website so I could get local suggestions on quality and service which this florist falls short on. read more

I placed an online order for a bouquet, but due to a glitch in the system, I was allowed to request a Sunday delivery date --a day that the shop is normally closed. However, a wonderful someone called me to let me know that they don't do Sunday deliveries and offered the next available date. When they learned the birthday bouquet was for my 84-year old mother, they offered to make the delivery after hours--even after I let them know it was okay to wait. They went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful bouquet the same day, and made our mom's birthday special, for which we are so very grateful! Beware they do not consider special arrangements for households with pets. They called me to cancel my delivery order because they didn't have the time to review or seem to have a working knowledge of what flowers are toxic to cats. They do beautiful work, it's a shame. read more

I'm very disappointed in the arrangement my mom received. I placed an order online since I live out of state. What I ordered and what she received are 2 completely different things and there were not even 1/3 of the flowers in the final product that were shown in the picture. The order I placed was very expensive and it was supposed to be a grand gesture and it turned out to be a disappointment and a pathetic gift. My mother had flowers delivered to me from Blooming Olive and they are hands down the most beautiful roses I have seen. The delivery driver was kind and they were thoughtful enough to ensure that I was home to receive the beautiful bouquet so that they did not freeze in the cold weather. Received a beautiful arrangement for my anniversary today. A nice surprise from my husband! (I think I'll keep him). Flowers are fresh and smell wonderful. Arrangement is unique and doesn't look like everything else out there. This was the first time I've received flowers from here. When ordering, my husband commented that the person who helped him was super friendly and helpful. I can say that the gentleman who delivered my flowers to work was very nice! I was very disappointed with an arrangement that I ordered for my anniversary. It appeared to be sloppily put together without any sense of balance.They appear to have a very nice selection on their website but when I called to place an order they did not have white roses in stock to accompany the rest of the flowers in the arrangement. I felt that I should have received a discount from the $65 listed price, when I checked my credit card they actually charged me $76. On the lighter side, I talked to two people from the shop and both were very pleasant. Originally, I had planned to stop by to pick up the flowers in person but due to uncontrollable circumstances I had to have the flowers delivered to my workplace. They were more than accomodating with that request. Much appreciated. When everything was said and done, I feel that I could've gotten the same quality arrangement and saved some $$$ by going to Sendik's or Piggly Wiggly. read more
