I was trying to find green fabric to use as a backing for a tree skirt. While there are MANY shades of green, I hoped to find MANY of them today to compare with what I already have. The three greens I found (yeah, just 3!) were not even close; in fact, they were nothing I would want to use on a Christmas project. As far as customer service goes, it was non-existent. Not a single person offered me help. The cute little puppy in the doorway (the one I almost tripped over when I walked in) got a LOT of attention, though. I guess the staff's priorities are just different than mine.

With the economic downturn and my being on a limited budget I was disappointed to hear that I was not able to get my money back. Rochelle helped us pick the leather colors and grade of leather that was most appropriate for our home. When the leather on the couch cushion started to wear badly in one spot we called Seville, who sent Gil out to look at it. He submitted a warranty claim for us with American Leather and they agreed to replace the cushion. We appreciate the effort they made take care of their customer and stand behind the American Leather brand.
