It was also over 90 degrees out and you had no water bowls for the dogs. There was also no trash cans around so I got to carry a poopy bag around your store. Our salesperson, Clint, told us the purchase included two free Tempur-Pedic pillows with a stated value of $400. When the mattress was delivered, the pillows were not on the truck. The delivery drivers said they would be dropped off the next day, but they never arrived. I called Clint and left a voicemail with no response. I texted him next and he replied that he would look into it. After several days without an update, I texted him again, I texted again to ask about the pillows and received no response. We chose Crowley because of the many positive reviews, so this experience has been very disappointing. Maybe they should take some money out of television marketing and put the money toward customer care.
