She is lovely as a person, always happy to hear from a customer and goes above and beyond what you ask for. I regret not buying from her for my mom's 81st birthday this year. I did call her first but when I got voicemail, I just called the next one in Hyde Park, which was Pure Joy flowers and they were a PURE DISASTER, a PURE SCAM. See my review on their yelp page. I gave them 10 days' notice for my mom's birthday and ordered a specific purple flower arrangement, with a tea cup and spoon. I chose this arrangement for its color - my mom's favorite - and its uniqueness. I also asked that they hand deliver to my mom and to no one else in the house because my crazy jealous siblings always throw out the flowers and gifts I send to my mom or claim them as their own. Pure Joy/Pure Scam sent totally different flowers than what I bought, that were not purple, and much cheaper in value so they skimmed off the $65 value I paid and the flowers were not unique at all. They just dropped them off without hand-delivering them to my mom, as I asked. Enter Nancy, owner of Come Pick My Flowers! I called her because my gut reaction was, "I should have just called Nancy until I got her." She happened to return my call earlier that day and I had not known at that point what Pure Joy/Scam had done so I called her back and asked her if she could match that purple arrangement I found that Pure Joy did NOT make and she came up with something better in less than 4 hours! And she hand delivered them to my mom at dinner time and sent me a photo of my mom's reaction to the flowers, which was priceless. My mom turned 81 years old today and we never know how long we have with our parents so this was so precious to me that Nancy went out of her way, with little notice, to fix a botched job by the other florist in town - who DOES NOT RETURN calls or emails and only has 4.1 star reviews because her friends write them. Nancy is a sweetheart, who cares about people and it shows. Look at these beautiful flowers!! Only use COME PICK MY FLOWERS when you need flowers for a special occasion and Nancy will most definitely make the flowers and your day special! Thank you, Nancy! Her flowers were so much better than the ones I ordered from the Pure Scam and so much better than the ones they sent. And it was a better price, to boot!

My friend did not grab anyone Went with two different friends and both had same terrible experience. And I did not say a single bad word to the helper who was rude throughout. All I did was say "she wasn't being nice" when the owner said she was "NICE to have even taken my order". Rest is upto you guys, if you want to ruin your day and get terrible attitude, this is the place to go. Again, their insta has some beautiful arrangements, probably not for someone like us, even if we are willing to pay. Very bad experience. All I wanted was to help my friend get a nice customized bouquet for his wife. Shared inspiration pic. Asked for suggestions, was willing to pay whatever they suggested. Tried making small talk, complimented, tried to chit chat. They said something like the inspiration takes time to put together so come 3 hours later. 3 hours later when I went to pick it up, she literally put no thought in bouquet and put together something in 90 seconds in front of me. I had the audacity to complain to which things escalated quickly and she told me to "get out and never come back". Please go to a local wegmans if you're brown for more respect and choice of flowers. All you'll get here are cold stares and cold responses. Flower buying experience should not be this stressful.
