The floral arrangements offered online are exquisite and I really favor the wide variety to choose from, also I really appreciate the vase options! So beautiful. Which serve as an added bonus to any arrangement I have ordered for family and or friends, very nice to reuse in the home for future floral arrangements. Quick delivery time to local Cohasset residents, which, again I really appreciate. I feel obligated to share that I wouldn't go with this place. I couldn't even get polite customer service over the phone, never mind actually working with this place. I called to get an IDEA (not an exact) of how much a flower crown might cost for my wedding. The woman who answered the phone was beyond unpleasant. She came off as impatient and frustrated that I even called from the first moment she picked up the phone. I ended up telling her never mind and hanging up because I'm not going to waste another second of my time. I realize my review is based on a single phone call, but if I'm calling you as a potential client, you damn well better be polite to me if you want me to go with your establishment. If I can't have a pleasant experience with you on a single phone call, I'm certainly not going to trust you to be polite and helpful on such an important day. On to the next one! If you're looking to speak with an establishment that is pleasant and helpful, I could suggest Paul Douglas Floral Designs- in Scituate. Called in an order over the phone the Saturday afternoon before Mother's Day. All I said was I'd like a low arrangement of roses and spring flowers for around $50. It was $60 with delivery and they were able to deliver on Mother's Day for me. Impressed they were able to deliver on that Sunday and that the arrangement turned out so beautifully without me being very specific. They seem to have a very nice website as well. I called this Florist based on their reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I phoned to order and found out they didn't open until 10 am which was a problem as the funeral was at 10:30 am. I recently purchased flowers for Mother's Day online from this place. It was on the south shore and my mother's house was in the delivery area. I had never heard of the place, so I was taking a chance on them. It was the best gamble I made this year. I ordered the Fresh Memories bouquet that was on the front page of the website. My mother called me on Mother's Day RAVING about the flowers. She said the flowers were arranged perfectly, smelled beautiful and were incredibly fresh. My husband who's in the military and currently stationed in another state bought me gorgeous roses. We saw the five-star review posted earlier about Arla's Floral Boutique and decided to give it a try. We went to Arla's website and, using our credit card, placed a $140 order for an arrangement to be sent to a funeral home for a wake. The wake was on a Sunday. The website indicated in plain English that options for delivery dates that appeared on the site were the only dates available, and any missing dates were not available dates for delivery. We were happy to learn that our preferred date of delivery appeared on the list of options, so we selected it. It was a Sunday on the calendar. That Sunday, no flowers arrived at the funeral home. We called Arla's three times and left messages. No one answered, and no one called back. It wasn't until late the following day (Monday) that we finally got a return call. The caller (Mary Beth) indicated that their website had been screwed up for some time now, and Arla's is not open on Sundays. She said that our credit card should not show any charge for the flower arrangement, so we'll have to wait and see about that when we get our next bill. What really irks me about this is that Mary Beth made it sound like this "mistake" had landed them in hot water before, but they still hadn't fixed it. In addition, the least they could have been doing was to be checking their voice mail or their orders while they were out on Sundays, until their website was repaired and no longer gave customers the option of ordering a Sunday delivery date. Mary Beth offered nothing more than her apology and her explanation. No coupon; no attempt to make amends. Needless to say, the lack of customer service was enough to convince us to shop elsewhere next time (no matter what date of delivery might be at issue)! read more

Both times that I have used Awesome Blossom I have been extremely pleased with the uniqueness of the arrangements that they have put together. While they do the standard FTD offerings as well, I have found MaryBeth to be a true artist at her craft. I would definitely recommend them for any special occasion. read more
