We were so pleased with BPB and highly recommend them! From the very beginning Juan was so quick to reply to our emails and gave thorough information about his services. He worked with us with making sure the props meshed well with our wedding day. He also took time to design the printed photos our guests would receive. He gave us many options to choose from. The setup of his booth was what really sold me, it was fun but also had a clean, elegant look to it. I loved the open air style so guests can see others taking their photos and it felt more inclusive than the old school booths. The rose gold sequined backdrop was amazing! We received many compliments from our guests about how much they liked this style of booth. The night of our wedding we actually were running a bit behind schedule during dinner. Juan arrived on time and was ready to go but due to us running late guests didn't start to take photos until after 9p, we originally booked Juan for 8:30p to begin. He was so great and he actually stayed 45 minutes later than scheduled since we were behind. How accommodating is that? We we were so happy to learn that he stayed so our guests had a chance to get their photos and didn't charge us overtime. He went above and beyond in customer service.
