They are absolutely generous with what their packages include and they go above and beyond. Tracey wanted us to personalize our day and our booth as much as we wanted. She gave great ideas and suggestions for personalization. We couldn't believe the amount of photos we received to KEEP! For every group they printed multiple copies as a "party take-away", copies for the guest book, and extra copies for bride and groom. But they didn't stop there! They enlarged a couple favorite photos for the guest book and even sent us a CD filled with every photo! It was a fabulous evening and The Sonoma Photo Booth Company made it even more special. The photo booth was an absolute hit and many people told us after the wedding how much they enjoyed it. Kayla's positive energy created such a welcoming atmosphere that our friends and family were using the photobooth all night. In addition to "regular" photobooth attendant duties, what set Kayla apart for us was her excellent communication before the event. We sent her a few design elements from our invitations and website, and she sent back a multitude of options for the design of the start screen and photo strips. Admittedly I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted, but Kayla was extremely accommodating and patient. Even when I said one of the options looked good to me, she replied with even more options ("just in case"), and I ended up choosing one of those!
