Tensions are evident already, and fnally one snaps to another "you have a customer". Upon asking if she can put the new band on my existing watch, she immediately declines. They aren't equipped with any tool for that. I am disappointed, and tell her 'no sale", since I don't have a tool like that at home either. She turns abruptly to go back to her paperwork, and replies "no problem" with a dismissive tone. There wasn't even the pretense of courtesy here, and I clearly got the message that customers are an interruption of their work, rather than the reason the store exists in the first place.

First off I enjoyed shopping here! There was a huge sale going on. It was October so part of it was getting the Summer stuff out on sale and the Fall stuff was all out too. They had huge discounts going on anywhere from 50 - 60% off. Prices were great here in womens clothing. This Macy's is one of the better stocked and better organized ones I have been to. There was a wide selection of brands and items to choose from. The employees were friendly. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I was in here browsing around to see if there was anything I would like for me or my daughter but sadly nothing really stuck out. This place has a clean and organized store with a lot of brands and varieties to choose from. This wuold be a great place to look for a gift for someone or even for yourself. If I am ever in Delaware again I will make it a point to come back here.

And the guy could barely speak English!?!? Macys do better!

Moreover, this store being in tax-free Delaware is a big perk if you're someone like me who often travels the Northeast corridor. Prices here are cheaper than many other Target stores in the region, too. And there is a great assortment of Philadelphia Eagles gear. Overall this Target is always on my list to visit when I'm in the area.

I had to walk up to the group and ask for help. The gentleman who decided to help us seemed not too happy that we had interrupted his chat. When I asked for the location of the device, I was told "Over there," as the clerk vaguely gestured to some location a few feet away. When I asked about the store warranty/return policy, I was told that there was none. I then asked for the manager. The clerk apparently got very angry. He hemmed and hawed. I asked again. He got even more angry. I again asked for the manager explaining that I just needed more information. He reluctantly called a manager over. The manager was standing just 10 feet away. I got my question answered and then decided to take my business elsewhere.

While I did not find any that I liked at this mall I did find other items I liked and bought. The mall itself is clean and has plenty of parking outside. The food court is pretty large with a variety of places to choose from. You will find something to eat here, there are a lot of places. There's also a Target which is super convenient! I love malls with Targets, it saves you an extra trip. The prices here felt a little lower than the Bay Area, CA. I went to JC Penny and found some nice things and the cashier lady even helped me get a coupon online to save a little extra cash. All the people I interacted with here were friendly. All the stores were out together and well stocked. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the Nordstrom. I love Nordstrom, I can even say I have a Nordstrom shopping problem. This Nordstrom is very underwhelming. There is not a whole lot of selection for women and I was bummed. I was looking to see if they had some items I saw online and they did not. The store itself was clean and the employees were very nice. I'll be writting a separate review for JC Penny and Nordstrom. This mall is a good place to shop with good stores inside. Nothing too high end, they have Coach but you won't see any of the higher end brands like Louis Vuitton or Gucci here.

The location itself is very small. This is one of the smallest Nordstroms I have ever been to. The place is in the Christiana Mall which has a variety of stores. The store itslef was very well organized and clean. The womens clothing was well stocked and had some of the Nordstrom brands. I was so disappointed to not see a lot of the brands I am used to buying here. They did have Zella, Veronica Beard and some brands I am used to seeing. I didn't interact with any employees but they all seemed to be working and putting clothing on racks. No problems here just probably the smallest selection and variety here at this Nordstrom ever.

This is probably the neatest, well-stocked, and cleanest JC Penney I have ever been to. The employees here were very nice and helpful. There is plenty of parking at this location as the mall parking lot is fairly large. This store in particular had a lot of stock and a lot of clothes hanging. What I liked is that it was well organized and neat. The cashier was friendly and helped me locate a discount coupon in my account. I will for sure stop in to this JC Penney if I am ever back in town.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit (couldn't check in due to app problems) while hitting up my favorite eatery. I was hoping to gain inspiration, and find creative ways and ideas for dealing with all the stuff I own. I came prepared ready to purchase, armed with measurements, and my own tape measurement. Hubby was along for the ride, reluctantly, but was to be my voice of expertise as I'm the planner and project manager but he has to ultimately execute my ideas. There were a few projects in my home I wanted to tackle and fully expected to leave with a several purchases. However I left empty handed. While the store is nice and large and does have an assortment of storage ideas for every item imaginable it lacked creativity. I didn't find inspiration or any ideas that I haven't already thought of myself. All I discovered were tons of people (and hard to social distance in some isles) and rows and rows of overpriced plastic goods. The custom closet department especially was crowded and the floor displays had price tags that matched buying a used car. I see no reason to come here vs Ikea, which has similar displays and custom services, and the same particleboard quality. Makes me wonder do Container Store customers have no idea that Dollar Tree and Dollar Generals exist? Even Walmart, Target, and any big box retailer sells pretty much the same plastic bins at a fraction of the cost. I still can't get over their prices. I expected to be wowed, but left disappointed. One thing I do know, it's not even a challenge to replicate their storage solutions by visiting a dollar store. It's elementary!

Downsides are the horrible design of the parking lot combined with the facts that there's only one location in Delaware and residents from nearby states often shop here for tax free shopping, and you're competing with Christiana Mall traffic and Fashion Center traffic. There never seems to be a good time to go, and forget about it around the holidays. It's sometimes worth driving to PA to go to the closest out of state location, but we still love everything else about it and keep going.

I am currently visiting a vacation home nearby and stopped by this Costco. Unfortunately, there is a very noticeable difference in both customer behavior and overall courtesy compared with the other locations I have visited. Other than that, the store itself is similar to most Costco locations. I also really appreciate that it has a gas station. For vehicles such as BMWs and Porsches that require premium gas, the savings can really add up, especially when traveling frequently in the area.
