Bring in the the (rolling) walker from the garage!" The first session included a brief interview and physical assessment. Through my therapy sessions occurring in June, July, and one in August) many exercises were demonstrated and explained: "This will help you...This will work on this muscle, strength in that area, balance, stamina...." If some exercise caused pain or was too hard at first , an alternative or modification was offered, as well as "take a breath, have a sit down, do you need some water?" breaks, as needed. Handouts/online examples were available for some exercises. Practice/repetition with gentle correction and encouragement in each therapy session made it possible for me to continue the work at home with little/no trouble. The therapeutic exercises were essential, of course, in the therapy sessions and at home. However, I appreciated just as much the therapists' "people skills", including listening, answering questions, and encouraging me to keep trying and keep going. I see them as a team of "miracle workers" who all helped me solve a somewhat "handicapping" physical problem that I could not fix alone and who helped restore my confidence in my physical ability to do the things at home that I need to do, as well as some recreational activities (hiking, for example). I am so grateful for their technical skills and cheerful encouragement. "Graduation Day" today after only about 8 weeks of therapy, about twice a week. When I brought the products home, they were empty. I also purchased a $200 gift certificate for botox. She never used my gift certificate for my botox and when I asked her for the money back, she refused unless I signed a waiver stating I would not slander her business. Did did refund me $575 to cover the remaining aerolase sessions and empty product but sherefused to give me back my gift certificate money. She also had an unlicensed esthetition work on my face which is probably why it never worked and I believe she diluted my botox because when she injected me it was running down my neck and back and after 2 sessions of injections my face was still unaffected. I had to go pay for more botox at another spa so I ended up paying double for botox. The nurses and staff are also very unprofessional and rude.

They have three full time therapists as of the writing of this review. They have a full time unit secretary and a receptionist to greet you as you enter. Give them a try the next time you need physical therapy in Ellettsville and Bloomington.

From pre-surgery to post-op, he was always reachable, assuring, and made what could've been a terrible ordeal an easy and calm process. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and his staff. I had to miss school because of the surgery and his nursing staff made sure I had all of the necessary documentation and sent even more doctors notes when I had complications with teachers. Overall, Dr. Johnson is great at what he does and would be my top choice again.

We were harrassed over a $10 bill that we never even recieved in the mail (during the Covid lockdown no less). We didn't get a "late notice" or any bill thereafter. They just sent it directly to a collection agency - what the actual F*%# is the matter with these people. I can only imagine the families that had difficult times with layoffs, job losses or whatever else during that time - luckily our bill was easy to pay and nothing bad hit our credit - but talk about the heartlessness. Do no Harm doesn't apply in financial matters I guess. Actions like these make the drive for a National Healthcare System all the more important. I can't wait until the executives that make these decisions (to go after people like predators) are working for the boards of McDonalds and Arbys, not making horrible decisions that affect people's lives and well being like they do now.
