BloomKidz has TRULY changed our lives. Our daughter, who has a rare and severe neurological disease, has been attending therapy at BloomKidz for just over three years. The care, knowledge, dedication, and compassion they show every single day is well beyond anything we could have hoped for. Because of BloomKidz, our daughter learned to WALK (!), which was something that once felt so uncertain for our family. She has made tremendous strides in her abilities, confidence, and overall quality of life, and we owe so much of that progress to this once-in-a-lifetime team. I especially want to recognize Sarah (PT) and Jane (BCBA), who have been with our daughter since her very first day. Over the last 3 years, they have poured their hearts into her growth. Their patience, creativity, and unwavering belief in her abilities have made such a meaningful impact on our daughter and our family. Whenever we have questions or need help troubleshooting, they listen and come prepared with ideas. They've taken their own personal time to coordinate care, support us in trainings and equipment meetings, and advocate for our daughter alongside us. These two are STARS, (to say the least!) and we are so grateful to have them leading such important domains of her therapy journey. I want to highlight the incredible RBTs and therapy techs who work with our girlie every day. They have been such a vital part of her progress + development. They take the time to truly learn and understand her unique communication, cues, and needs, and they work diligently to help her reach her goals. Their consistency, attentiveness, and genuine care have made a huge difference in her progress and in her comfort at therapy. The cherry on top: the nursing staff. "Exceptional care" is an understatement. They manage her daily medications with diligence and thoughtfulness, always keeping an extra eye out for symptoms or changes. Knowing our child is supported by nurses who understand her complexity and go the extra mile to ensure her safety gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Last but definitely not least, the owners! Dan and Katie deserve special recognition. None of this would've happened without their vision to bring compassionate, collaborative, meaningful high level care to the disabled community. They are not only compassionate leaders, but true advocates. They consistently go well above normal expectations to ensure she is safe, supported, and receiving the best possible therapy approach in every area. They've helped us through PLENTY of insurance hoops (which are difficult to navigate) and they didn't even bat an eye. They sought out every avenue to help us until it was no longer an obstacle for us. I can't tell you how much that means, especially when we are already at our mental bandwidth so often. Their willingness to collaborate, problem-solve, and support our family over the last 3+ years has been paramount to keeping our daughter at BloomKidz. We live quite far from the clinic location wise, and Dan and Katie have done so much to accommodate our family thru this so that it's still possible for us to get her here daily. Their ability to understand scheduling difficulties and commutes for a big family has been so considerate and valuable to us during our time here. BloomKidz is filled with the most selfless individuals. They have not only helped our girl reach milestones we once only dreamed about, but they have also given our family hope, encouragement, and support during a journey that can often feel extremely overwhelming and isolating. To us, BloomKidz isn't just a therapy clinic: it's a place that believed in her, lifted her up, and helped her SHINE. Bloomkidz changed my sons life. He began full time ABA therapy, speech & OT at Bloom in June 2024. He was diagnosed with Level 3 ASD in December 2023 (Age 4). When he started at Bloom, he was minimally verbal. Only a few short phrases and they were rarely spoken spontaneously. We started seeing a huge difference in his speech and skills within a few weeks! It has been a little over a year and he is a completely different child. His speech has exploded and has a much easier time expressing his needs. Every member of Gray's team goes above and beyond to work together and communicate with us on his progress. It's incredibly overwhelming to not only find the right kind of care, but manage all of the back and forth admin. The staff has held my hand through all of this. Katie and Dan aren't just founders, they are highly invested in the families- and they make themselves accessible- far beyond what you would expect. I am blown away by the fact that a place like this exists and that my son is fortunate enough to attend. If you're looking for somewhere to take your child for therapies or schooling, you just found it! After a not-so-great experience in public school with our level-3 nonverbal daughter, I knew that for first grade, we had to find somewhere better for her. My husband and I toured multiple ABA facilities and researched other autism schools, but we just felt defeated. We found a couple of places we really liked, but the main issue was that they didn't have nurses on staff. This might not be a big deal to some, but our daughter was also recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, so we need someone who can give her insulin shots for almost everything she eats. When we came in for our tour, we met with one of the owners, Daniel. After showing us around and hearing all about our daughter and her struggles with her new diagnosis, he asked us, "What can we do to help make managing that easier for you guys?" When I tell you my husband and I almost cried right then--just knowing someone else actually cares and wants to help--we knew we had to get her enrolled. Fast forward to now: she's been enrolled for a little over 3 months, and we've already seen improvements! My daughter loves going every day; she's so excited! Every single tech I've met is so sweet and caring. They always update me on what she's interested in and what she's been learning, and her face lights up when she sees them! She's already speaking more, and we've had fewer intense meltdowns. As for the nursing staff, they're the best! So communicative, caring, and always two steps ahead--doing whatever they can to make sure my daughter's blood sugar numbers are stable and that she's eating (which she struggles with, as she's a very picky eater!). I just can't say enough good things about Bloom! The owners, Daniel and Katie, are amazing. While it has taken me months to write this, I finally feel confident to share that our child is making leaps of success after a significant regression while at Bloomkidz. The clinic is beautiful, but the regressions and trauma my child endured in this facility outweigh the "aesthetic" look. Health issues my childhood had in this facility have completely disappeared since bringing him home. While BloomKidz will not comment on all of the things that we endured in their clinic, anyone that worked with our son on a day-to-day basis in that clinic could acknowledge and testify that our child was struggling significantly and had ongoing health issues in their overcrowded, overstimulating, and under-accommodating clinic. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, but there are ethics and quality care that come into play, and that was not done for our child. The day my child was discharged back in October was the best day of our lives. You can see my wife's review below of everything we dealt with from this clinic. And the harassment from them my wife dealt with after leaving the clinic weeks later was heartbreaking to witness from a "medical practice." Just because the clinic is pretty doesn't mean the foundation of services is too. They bring you in that they are good people with good intentions that care about your child and then as time goes on you really see the truth and that They value MONEY over the child. So if your child has high support needs or you have expectations for things you want you either have to be quiet or leave. with them being a small family business, you either do as they ask with no questions or your child's therapy will suffer. They do NOT know how to run this place. The final straw for us was I was questioning my child's quality of care and asked to observe his occupational therapy session. They then canceled his session and came forward days later in a meeting that they're not benefiting him with services recommended discharge (which was what we were doing that day) because couldn't meet his needs and our expectations. But they also offered a four week phase out for him, which felt pretty gross saying they weren't equipped to help him do good, but they were willing to essentially babysit him for four weeks. The good: -Beautiful clinic, walking through it feels so magical. - the feeding therapist Kylie is really good at her job. -Jane is the most compassionate person in this clinic with so much knowledge and truly a heart for what she does. If I ever had any questions, I know I could reach out to her with open arms. -Maddie and Kat (their RN team) are top notch. I really valued them. They are good people. -They have a handful of techs that are literally walking angels who are too good to be in a clinic ran like this. I only stayed as long as I did due to the techs that worked with my child and the love they had for my child. There were multiple techs on my child's team that loved him tremendously and valued him. The bad: -Before they implemented a policy that clients couldn't store extra supplies at the clinic, my child's cups were full of mold because they were leaving them in the fridge for extended periods of time lying about making fresh smoothies and maintaining the expectations. The day that they sent home everyone's overstock from the clinic my kid came home with boxes of expired food from the clinic after I have many emails showing that I checked in on a weekly basis to see if he needed new stuff. (I'm sure my child's feeding regressions were due to this) -gaslighting and bullying by the owners and upper mana -my child was passed around from multiple BCBA's and they called it a team collaboration, but it wasn't. This was after a lot of red flags from the beginning. I will say my child was a dollar sign rather than a gift to this therapy center. They saw money and got greedy and my child's time and money was taken advantage of. When I had concerns, I was met with gaslighting. And when I pushed back with my expectations, my child's quality of care took the repercussions of my questioning their care. I watched my child regressive in so many areas while his leads and management were doing nothing benefiting him even when requested. After a year, they STILL couldn't pull it together for my son. If you are looking for someone else to make the decisions for your child and tell you what's best while gaslighting and avoiding VERY important conversations. this is the place to go. read more

My ten year old Autistic son has been attending Bloomkidz Academy for seven months and has recently begun ABA and Occupational Therapy as well. I could not be more thankful for how caring, communicative and supportive the entire staff at Bloomkidz has been. My son was in complete burnout at the end of last school year when he attended a public school in a self contained classroom. We knew we had to make a serious change for his wellbeing. He was depressed, anxious and refusing school. I could tell from my very first meeting with Katie, one of the owners, that they understood what we were going through and that they truly wanted to help. My son is eager every morning to go to Bloomkidz and is not dysregulated at the end of the day. The Academy Instructors and Therapists truly know my son. They even make personalized worksheets that highlight his special interests to make learning more fun and engaging. He works in small groups and 1to1 and this model is truly what he needs. The difference in my son is night and day. His academics are soaring and most importantly he's a much happier person. Our life at home has improved as well because our stress level has gone down so significantly. We are so happy that we made the decision to switch to Bloomkidz and so thankful for all the wonderful people that work there. read more

Started off so excited but yet so nervous for my minimal speaking child to start here and should've went with my first mind- but yet left him there for 9 months and in those short 9 months things took a turn, your child should not regress, stop eating, stop doing things he loves and become a zombie by the end of the day. When asking to reduce hours they in turn give you an ultimatum and then lie on his discharge paperwork to make it so that it looks like the parent is the one at fault for discharging not the company giving an ultimatum. The place had potential, it does have amazing techs, and that is why I chose to stay for so long, but if you are looking for flexibility for your child to be a child, but also gain the knowledge needed then look elsewhere, oh and always make sure to state that you want your child's diaper as part of daily procedure before pick up, or you'll get a child that is full of piss and I can't count how many times my son was sick there. read more
