Even though they received authorization for my therapy from my insurance they wanted my husband to provide additional privacy information over the phone and without it would not schedule any therapy appointments. When asked to provide the patient portal so I could provide the information via a secure site, I was told that they were a small group and didn't have one. I explained out concern about SSN being shared verbally and sent to another person in the office. They refused to schedule the appointment and promised to call us back. No call back. I am still in pain, and have requested a different referral. It is obvious based on these few interactions that they were more concerned about their payment than me as a patient or securing my private information. Beware.

While my Physical Therapist was personally very kind and attentive, I would only work with her for about 10-15 minutes per session and was then passed on to the assistants who were NOT attentive. They would give me my exercises to complete but rather than staying and ensuring I was doing them correctly would run to another patient and work with them, and then I would be sitting there for several minutes inbetween exercises waiting for the assistant to come back. I came three weeks in a row and every week was like this-the facility just seemed like they had too many patients scheduled at once and not enough employees to properly take care of all the patients. As someone who has done physical therapy at several facilities over the years I was disappointed in my care and would not recommend coming here. I gave it a two because I liked my physical therapist but if it wasn't for her I would give this facility a one.

After getting two treatments from another PT place, I was referred by a friend to Matt at Foothills and I'm extremely grateful Matt squeezed me in to help me with my shoulder injury, doctors wanted to do surgery but Matt suggested PT along with dry needles/deep tissue massage and it's worked out AMAZING. Talk about night and day difference between PT places, I'd definitely return if I had another injury. The care here from Matt and others is top notch. The facility is clean and orderly, up to date machines and every kind of item needed for exercises for any injury. For the next few weeks I worked with several other therapists (females). I was scheduled with Ian and he was just as great as Cody. The female I worked with the most couldn't wait to get rid of me. somehow she calculated 3 months visits but I've only been there 2 months. She reminded me about termination during each visits with her. In total I worked with 4 female therapists. And I swear they seemed afraid to touch me, but I see them giving massages to other. I have been coming here since Nov 2022 after a hamstring injury, but I have been seen for a host of issues with my legs that keep popping up. Kallie has been the main PT I work with, but I have also worked with Maryam and Maddie and all of them are fantastic. They have helped to pinpoint areas that need the most work and have used cupping, dry needling, massage gun, manual work, and KT tape to try to help me find relief. I may walk away bruised and battered lol but it's all helping (plus I just bruise easily)! I appreciate the fact that they work to find the root of the problem and not just try a bandaid fix. The entire staff is extremely helpful, polite, and friendly (E, G, Sierra, and everyone else). They all greet me by name when I walk in and genuinely care about me and my recovery (they even remember to check in and see how my marathon training is going). With all the issues I have been dealing with, I wouldn't be able to find relief or get better without the team here, and I am so thankful for each and every one of them! I have so many positive things to say about this place. First of all, I have gone through many…read morePhysical Therapy places over the past years, due to herniated disks, scoliosis, and back, neck and knee pains, besides other things. This is the first place that has provided me with the full package- professionalism, efficacy, friendliness, and good atmosphere. The physical therapist Laurie is great and has a great understanding of my problems and how to solve them. She is very perceptive and direct, which I appreciate. The treatments and exercises are made clear and are even printed out for you, in case you don't remember. The other staff is great as well, like Shea, and the front office staff, who are all very competent and responsible. Patients even get a reminder call the day before the appointment. In addition, now that I finished my 15 sessions of physical therapy, I can continue and maintain the exercises I need for my rehabilitation through their Fit-for-Life program. This allows me to have my own personally tailored exercise plan, and I can come in any time in the week as long as someone is there. I am not self-disciplined enough to do all these exercises on my own, so this is a great way for me to continue improving my core strength and building up my energy, while being careful to not injure myself. Besides the physical aspect of it all, the social atmosphere is positive and friendly, and their equipment is state of the art. All in all, this is the best physical therapy place I have to, and trust me, I have been to many.
