Dr Purcell did amazing work on my shoulder, and his staff has gone way beyond what is required of them. I had problems with other places, imaging, labs, things like that, and they were so quick to get on the phone and fix all those problems even though it wasn't their fault, just to make sure i was taken care of. They even delivered to my house, a pneumatic cryo shoulder brace, because they thought it would help with my pain and recovery. To my house, they personally brought it to my house and showed me how to use it! Anyway, I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing Doctor and his outstanding staff for any orthopedic needs you may require. I am beyond happy and pleased by my experience.

I was immediately called back, had X rays and was diagnosed with a Radial fracture and was out of there within 90 minutes. This place is super efficient - everyone I encountered was amazing. So much better than going to the ER or urgent care - just to be sent home with a referral to follow up with an orthopedic doc. It's literally one stop shopping! Dr. Hatfield did a full knee replacement on me a few years back and he was fantastic. I loved that he was honest and upfront about what to expect--so many doctors sugar coat things (i.e. severe pain is not the same thing as "discomfort"). I healed up beautifully and went on my merry way. Now that my other knee is acting up, I'm back. I have full faith in Dr Hatfield's advice and care. He is not the doctor who insists you have a consultation first then sends you for X-rays then had you come back again for treatment. He had me get X-rays first then come in one time. He looked at them, diagnosed, and gave me my cortisone shot all in one quick visit. No nonsense! His staff is also very kind, knowledgeable, and caring.

You need to be aware that the questionnaire you fill out in the waiting room is considered a "Psychological Evaluation". You will be charged $980 for this every year if you go back. Carling Physical therapy's treatment process is different from all of our other experiences and is by far the best for us. My husband had a fall a little more than a month ago. He was not able to raise his arms and shoulders to perform the smallest daily task such as picking up his glass to drink water, and he was in pain constantly. Now, he is free to move his arms and shoulders without discomfort. He still has a little way to go but the improvement was stunning. And that is without having to take any medication because Steve, the owner, doesn't encourage his patients to take pain pills. Also, he and his team focus on hands-on therapy. Each patient receives a needed massage in every session. According to my husband, massage works miracles for him. Also, they work very hard to accommodate our insurance program benefits.
