We stopped in here while walking around in downtown Princeton. We were staying in Kuttawa and heard…read morethat there were some antique shops in the Princeton area that we should check out. The Blossom Shoppe says 'antiques' on the outside of their building, so we thought 'what the heck?' Upon entering the store it was apparent that the outside of the building had been neglected. Broken bike? Check. We opened the door and stepped inside. It was like an old, dusty blast from the past. Creepy old dolls, dusty china and costume jewelry that had seen better days. The sales floor was messy and unkept and pretty aesthetically unappealing. The owner was present and never said a word to us while we were there. He never came out of the back room where he works on floral arrangements. How unwelcoming. The only nice thing about the experience was the adorable dog who came out to greet us. I guess the owner thinks the dog greeting us is enough? A VERY generous 2/5 stars because of the adorable dog. I think we were snubbed because it was obvious we weren't from the area and tourists. This establishment has just average reviews on Facebook, but for floral arrangements only. I don't recommend this place at all. Sorry, but a 'hello' goes an extremely long way.
