We ordered this as a birthday gift for my sister-in-law. I ordered on their website, which has good selections. The service was fast. I ordered the night before, and it was delivered in the early afternoon the next day. I added a balloon and a small stuffed toy to my order and paid $115, including tip, which I think is a reasonable price for the quality, service, and convenience. I am not sure if the online photo lives up to the actual, but my sister loves it. read more

The hallmark of a great business is in how they treat their customers. We called from New Hampshire to see if they were still delivering flowers during this isolation period. Our grandmother is isolated in her assisted living home in Branchville and we wanted to send her flowers to cheer her up. Rae suggested I check with the Assisted living home first, as some were not even accepting deliveries. I called and yes, they would accept flower deliveries! I called Rae back and we got down to the business of choosing flowers. Rae talked to me as if she were a friend, cheerful and informative. Who knew that because nursing homes are often so hot, certain flowers do not thrive in that enviorment! Rae suggested the hardiest of heat tolerant blooms and ended our transaction by saying, "Don't you worry. I'll take good care of your grandma!" And she did...and my grandmother was thrilled with her arrangement. This business is a class act. Beautiful arrangement for my wedding I chose Blooms of Elegance at random for my wedding at the Sussex Conservatory. I set up an appointment to go to their location and look at some options for my wedding. The woman I met with was SUPER nice and even my mother commented and said she really loved speaking with her. I picked out some sunflower arrangements for myself and my bridesmaids and stayed in touch with this vendor until the week before my wedding. They contacted me through email and even called the day of the wedding to do the drop off. I could not BELIEVE how gorgeous the bouquets were. We got so many compliments on them and they really made my wedding photos pop. I would never have imagined they would look so full and colorful. I met with the owner for wedding flowers. She was so nice & had really good ideas. I was told I would receive a quote after a few days & never did. I made a f/u phone call a few weeks later & the response was they were busy with Mother's Day & I would receive a quote by the end of the week. 2 weeks later and I still never got anything. Customer service was lacking & a phone call stating they were too busy to take on the business would have been appreciated. Definitely a waste of our time.. read more

My husband was being treated in the hospital for a stroke. I was clearly upset but wanted something to brighten his room when he woke. The person, who I believed to be the owner, went over a few arrangement options and promised she would take special care. The flowers never came. The florist never called to apologize or explain. I followed up four days later to be sure they had credited my account and give them another chance to explain. I could hear her in the background saying that it was credited, but she did not come the phone herself. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I purchase flowers often but will NEVER use Blooms of Elegance again. Very nice on phone, not reliable. Think twice before you use them. read more
