In less than 2 minutes #JenTheGardenGem showed up. She stayed with me for 30+ min, listening to what I was trying to "do" as we walked between the rows of perennials. Everything was clearly marked and priced, making it so easy for shoppers. Obviously, customer service was top notch! While she were helping me, Jen got calls from other personnel inside the store at least 3X and she was able to help them with what they wanted, without skipping a beat. I never felt rushed.
