I will NEVER order from them again even the owner had no regard for my call at all was rude and told me it is within federal regulations to charge over 30.00 to deliver from Port Huron to St Clair. I ordered flowers $137.50 on a Monday to be delivered Tuesday even put a extra $10 tip for the Florist arranger and a extra $10 tip for the delivery person. On Tuesday around 9:00 Christopher's calls and sayes they will not deliver the flowers and to take my business elsewhere, that they did not like my wife.... but then because they have my credit card information they charge my card ...they are Thieves and credit card frauders. About a month ago, I wanted to send flowers to a friend in Port Huron, Michigan. I checked the reviews, and it was difficult to choose a "sight unseen" florist, whose arrangement I would also not see. I went with Christopher's. Olivia answered the phone, and carefully listened to me, what I desired, including the particular vase shape! I was specific on flowers I did not want, but gave the floral designer lee-way. Primarily wanted a very fresh arrangement. I also requested a same-day delivery. Christopher's delivered, in all senses of the word. My friend did send me a picture of the arrangement, and it was fresh and lovely, and she was happy. I will call Christopher's again if I need flowers for someone in Port Huron. read more

Just to make a long story short.... I had my wedding flowers done here. My wedding was the same day as an employee of the flower shops wedding. I think this is partially why I have a bad review. But we were over charged and contacted the florist after the wedding and they never responded or refunded us. They also gave us entirely the wrong kind of flowers... yes they were beautiful but not what I wanted.. I never wanted a refund. I just wanted a refund for the double charge of delivery. I also just wanted an apology and after several attempts of contact they never responded.. I do not recommend this business for anything. Last year on Valentines day I was surprised with an amazing arrangement, in a vase, with a leaf wrapping the inside giving it the coolest look. I had another arrangement given to me from Christopher's and the vase had glass beads in the bottom. This establishment is very personable and can help for any occasion at the drop of a dime. For those of you who have bad things to say about them you should give them another try seeings how there is new ownership WITH THE SAME DESIGNERS!!! Ordered a wrist corsage and boutonnière with white roses. What we got was white peonies instead that were still tightly closed. The corsage wasn't a wrist one like asked and when we pointed it out, the lady insisted we didn't ask for it. The boutonnière on the gold holder looked like a vanilla ice cream on a cone or a golf ball on a tee. Their reason for not using white roses was because it was wedding season and they didn't have any and substituted without asking. We got a refund instead of dealing with another possible wrong order and went elsewhere. We give it 2 stars because at least the flowers looked fresh. read more

I was a bride in Lexington, Michigan on June 27, 2015. I was very disappointed in your customer service at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Christophers-Flowers/133535058470. My flowers were not EXACTLY what I ordered. The flowers were supposed to be long stem and an Orange Ribbon on the bottom. I got short stem flowers and a white ribbon. I called to let you know and your response was you could come back to Port huron and they could re-do them. I let you know I had no time and was already 1/2 hour away. I ask you to drive them up to Lexington and your response was, "it was not that big of a deal". I will never recommend your company and will be sharing my story with every Wedding site I can find. I am sticking to the facts and you did not care enough. I would hate another bride order flowers from you and you screw up her flowers and you don't care to go the extra mile to fix the problem. I know there are plenty of other Flowers company's out there that would had took the extra steps to fix the problem. read more
