So Elisa and I celebrated our 19th Anniversary yesterday. Being post-op, she wasn't able to go out, and we had dinner ready at home. So I thought a nice bouquet of flowers would work. I priced out a few shops in town and for what you get, The Flower Niche seemed the most reasonably priced. I called them on Friday to place an order for the FTD stunning beauty bouquet to be delivered on Tuesday for our anniversary. On Monday evening, Elisa was told to come in at 2pm the next day for a follow up appointment. I had to call up almost at close to ask if they could make sure the delivery was by 1:30pm so she could make her appointment and receive the flowers. The delivery person came early, and she was very happy. Lilies are her favorite so the Stargazer centerpiece was a nice touch. $70 for flowers is a lot for me. They must be worth it as that is the going rate with delivery fees, and for her smile, I have no regrets. I do appreciate the overall service and accommodations and would say 4.5 out if 5 only for the price because service was great. This is a smaller shop over by where I used to live and I like supporting local smaller businesses. They were the best price in town and easy to work with. read more

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! (Today is July 1st, 2020) I found this florist using Yelp! and choose them because of the good reviews and high rating. I am in Texas and I wanted to send flowers to cheer up my parents in the Port Huron area who lost a close friend. Unfortunately due to the pandemic stay-at-home orders THE FLOWER NICHE IS CLOSED!!! I am cool with them staying home and staying safe BUT they DID NOT shut down their website or put any disclaimers letting customers know they are not conducting business and therefore not doing deliveries. I proceeded to purchase an arrangement and schedule a delivery for the 30th, but it didn't happen. I had to ask my mom if they got their bouquet late in the evening on the 30th and that is really awkward in such a sensitive situation. I called the next morning and had an interaction with someone who didn't divulge they were closed. "They said they would be checking with the driver." I persisted and called back several hours later asking for an update and also clarifying if I was speaking to someone in Michigan or if it was a national service. She finally said they weren't open. Why not be clear upfront and let people know you aren't currently doing business? Fortunately, I keep checking my bank statement and I don't see a charge from them. Hopefully, they'll call me back today to resolve any confusion and reassure me my card won't be charged at a later date. When that happens I'll update my review. read more

I have been coming here since I was just a little girl. My grandma would sometimes bring me here to get the flowers that she planted in her yard every spring. Back then I think it was called Bill and Anne's?? Anne and Bill's?? Forty-something years later, I still stop in when I need an arrangement for a special occasion. I've sometimes brought in my own unique vase or accents and they are happy to work that into the design. I think flowers can be one of the most beautiful gifts to give and to get. This place is horrible customer service . Didn't get the flowers I ordered . So I had to go through someone else. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered flowers and they never got delivered:( but I called and she made everything right she was apologetic and refunded me and still delivered the flowers 5 days later . So good customer service if a mistake happens. Apparently the owner hired new employees and mixed up my order so it's understandable. read more

I have been getting my flowers here for the past few years and I would not go anywhere else. The staff always goes above and beyond to help you and give you an arangment that you will love! Ordered flowers from the Flower Niche for a friend's birthday. I was very disappointed. The order was for white lilies or white roses with fall colored flowers. I saw the lady, who took my order write this down. The bouquet was white lilies & white roses mixed with a dingy yellow and a pale pink. Not fall looking by any means. On top of of this they weren't ready by the appointed time. I had to stop twice to pick up my order. I will not be ordering flowers from them again. read more

Great customer service and stayed true to what I ordered. I always hesitate to order flowers online or over the phone, especially when I don't live in the same City or State. It usually leaves me very aggravated. However, after placing this order I called and asked if they wouldn't mind sending me a picture of the arrangement I chose when it was ready for delivery. I certainly didn't want to offend anyone but I also wanted to make sure it was what I asked for. The flower shop was so accommodating. They suggested a different delivery time so the flowers would be fresh and also sent me a picture of the arrangement! So happy with this florist! read more

i will never again get flowers from here. i ordered a arrangement for my daughters birthday and picked out a vase with candles all around it and some ribbons. they were more expensive then what i would have normally paid but i thought it was because the vase was so decorative. after they were delivered i stopped at my daughters the next day and found her flowers in a plain glass vase that i could have bought at a grocery store. i called and asked what happened to the vase i ordered. it was explained to me that they were out of that vase and since a second choice was available they don't notify the person ordering they just use the second choice. i did not pay for a glass vase and felt under the circumstances i was way overcharged. if they called i could have had an opportunity to order something else a little more festive. i will not use this company again. read more
