In not big into annuals, but I can blow a whole paycheck on blueberry bushes, tall grasses and anything purple that might come back year after year. I said yes but only start when I call. The crew came out when I wasn't home and did the lawn before it needed any attention. I called to complain and repeated that I would let them know when to start. Following this I called a number of times, getting a menu and leaving messages for customer service, with no response. Three or 4 times I got a real person when I called a different number for the business but the person I spoke to could never give me any information and never called back. There is a huge communication problem within this company and I wonder if the business has changed owners. I spent $800 with them last year. This year I will pay somebody else, instead.
