The funeral celebration of life was a few days away and on a Sunday so I was a little worried about availability and delivery. I called and talked to the florist, agreed on an arrangement shown on their website and confirmed some of the flowers (protea!) and colors. The following day, they sent a photo. No response. NOTHING. I felt as if the owner did not believe me but that I was lying. Her friendly attitude quickly changed but no "I am sorry you are not satisfied. Indicated I should find another florist- not acceptable Customer Serv ice. She sent me a picture taken about 3-5 hours before delivered but I could not open. My sister's picture showed the damage. The cost for delivery was $20 - never told that charge would be so high. The last time I ordered less than $15. Sadly, I will have to find another florist and will look for reviews.
