My dad has been purchasing flowers from Oopsie Daisy for the 20 years they've been in business. They're just down the street from where I grew up and in the location of the old Fireside Video, where I worked in high school! Ha!! Anywho.. again, I digress. I've never personally purchased flowers from this florist so I cannot comment on the process, or the selection/pricing. With that said I've been a recipient of their work on 2 occasions. Once for my birthday, and once when my son was born. Their arrangements are very beautiful, and well constructed. The flowers also lasted for over a week and a half which was very impressive. They deliver to your house, and if you are not home will call and schedule a new delivery with you. I missed both of my deliveries, and just went to pick the arrangements up at the shop, but it was nice that they had no problem driving back out to drop my arrangements off. Oopisie Daisy is a 5 star florist. Extremely professional, kind and helpful. They helped me make a last minute arrangement for a funeral and had it delivered on time with no issues. Wonderful and easy to work with and made it custom to what I needed. Unfortunately it was not under the best circumstances since it was a funeral arrangements but nevertheless the arrangement was beautiful. Although I was unable to see it in person They sent me a photo of the arrangement. I highly recommend them if you are needing flowers in the area. I can't thank them enough and it meant a lot to me the details they took when handling my arrangement from California. I wanted to send my DIL in Alaska flowers and we live in Indiana. When I called about having them delivered to JBER (my son is in the military and they live on base) they were very apologetic about the fact that there was an additional charge due to having to get a delivery person with authorization to get on the base. She said she wasn't sure if other florists charged this, and suggested I might try a few others, even giving me some names. When I checked with other florists their prices were much higher, and they still added the fee on top of that! I called Oopsie Daisy back and happily ordered from them. They stayed in touch, calling to let me know when they would be delivered and emailing me afterwards. My DIL said the flowers were beautiful, and their staff went above and beyond to help. Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and specifically instructed them to deliver late in the day. The day before delivery they called stating they didn't have the flowers I asked for, so I told them to do the best with what they had. They tried to deliver at 10 AM instead of late in the day, and they subsequently called my daughter wanting to deliver at 2 PM, which again is not late in the day. My daughter stated she would pick the flowers up, and asked what time they closed, and the answer was 6 PM. I subsequently got a call at 4:30 PM stating they could not deliver the flowers, they were closing at 4:45 PM and if they could not deliver, they were closed for a three-day weekend. These were birthday flowers, so I told them it was not okay to call me 15 minutes before closing to say they could not deliver. Told them to leave them at the door, which they said they could not do My daughter called, and they had told her they now closed at 4:30 PM. Luckily she found someone to pick the flowers up. Not happy with the delivery or the customer service, so I will not be ordering from them again. If they cannot coordinate when they close, call at the end of the day, don't follow delivery instructions, this is not a business I will go back to. read more

Pre-Ordered roses for Valentine's Day off their website and then received a phone call later in the day saying that the price on their website was wrong and because it was going to be Valentine's Day, they were raising the price by $40. The representative said "the price was wrong and there was a disclaimer at the bottom of the page about valentine pricing". Ridiculous!! Would NEVER recommend that type of bait and switch store or staff to any one! They're criminal!!! read more

Ordered Birthday flowers for my daughter. They were a hit! My daughter went on and on about how fall looking it was and she loved it! My daughter never goes on and on about fresh flowers because they die. But she really liked this arrangement. She has been there for 4 years with her husband in the AF.
