I woke up the following morning with red, swollen, itchy eyes so took a trip to the pharmacist who gave me eye drops and antihistamine as I had suffered a bad allergic reaction. I rang the salon to explain and was told there was nothing they could do. Not patch text was conducted and aftercare was non-existent. A very disappointed customer who was looking for a beauty pick me up.

My eyebrows look great and that was quick, painless and very well done. The facial was AMAZING- they pop you in a lovely heated bed which was wonderful on such a freezing, snowy day, then you get a really superb back massage first. The facial itself was absolutely wonderful and relaxing and included an arm and hand massage. The products also smelled heavenly, as did I by the end of it. My therapist was really lovely and friendly too. I will definitely go back- it was such a fabulous experience!

The treatment rooms do have open ceilings so you can hear what is going on around you, but this really didnt seem to bother me at all, the music is so soothing & the masseuse was extremely good. She knew exactly where I was tense & worked it all out of my muscles without me telling her. The treatment room was clean, relaxing & warm. I have tried a few salons in my area but none of them matched up to Butterfly Beauty for service with a smile & a good old girly chat. I love treating myself at the salon even though it's the other side of Newcastle from where i live (well worth the travel in my book) & I hope i will be a client for many years to come.
