The treatment rooms do have open ceilings so you can hear what is going on around you, but this really didnt seem to bother me at all, the music is so soothing & the masseuse was extremely good. She knew exactly where I was tense & worked it all out of my muscles without me telling her. The treatment room was clean, relaxing & warm. I had the Tahai herbal massage (recommended if you are stressed!) without the frangranced oil as my skin is sensitive. I can't wait to go back. Sophie

I woke up the following morning with red, swollen, itchy eyes so took a trip to the pharmacist who gave me eye drops and antihistamine as I had suffered a bad allergic reaction. I rang the salon to explain and was told there was nothing they could do. Not patch text was conducted and aftercare was non-existent. A very disappointed customer who was looking for a beauty pick me up.

My eyebrows look great and that was quick, painless and very well done. The facial was AMAZING- they pop you in a lovely heated bed which was wonderful on such a freezing, snowy day, then you get a really superb back massage first. The facial itself was absolutely wonderful and relaxing and included an arm and hand massage. The products also smelled heavenly, as did I by the end of it. My therapist was really lovely and friendly too. I will definitely go back- it was such a fabulous experience!

The staff were extremely professional, and friendly. The massage was really great. You also get to use their relaxation room (with unlimited tea, water, and amazing massage chairs), their sauna, and cold water bucket treatment (you have to be strong to stand under that huge bucket. I did not partake in this bit!!) I think with such beauty/spa treatments, the staff can really make or break the experience. Rest assured you don't event need to think about that here.
