Most shops in the area were closed for some reason, and grocery stores don't seem to carry flowers like I'm used to, but I called and they said they could meet me at their shop in 15 minutes. At this point I was running late, but they were calm, had a fresh collection of beautiful flowers, and with no fuss, helped arrange a beautiful arrangement. I'm happy to report they put smiles on everyone's faces, and they happened to be this persons favorites. The aroma alone was incredible and speaks to the quality we received in the arrangement. I'm also very very late in writing this review (over two months - grief can be odd), but I wanted to make sure I did. The flowers were beautiful, and the service was incredible and kind. Thank you.

Since none of the stores locally in Alma AR had this type of perfume, I mailed it to Unique Florist. They were willing to accommodate and add it with the flowers. They also arranged the flowers the exact way I wanted IE customized it. When they tried to deliver it, my friends job place would not accept it since she was absent, so Unique Flowers had to do the extra leg work to notify my friend, and got it to her. Very Disappointed. Again…read more We've not had very pleasant experiences in the past with Greenwood Flower & Gift Shop. However, since we are limited in our options, we decided to use them for our daughters prom flowers. We ordered the corsage and boutonniere a few weeks ahead of prom and then my daughter decided to change the color of ribbon a few days out. When we went in to make the changes, we were met with rudeness and treated as if we were inconveniencing them. When we went to pick the order up, we were disappointed by the small size of the corsage and to make things worse, the ribbon color had not been changed. Here's my issue. We spent over $50 dollars for two undersized arrangements. The changes that we requested were not accomodated. We were made to feel like our business was not important. AND to top it all off.......the boutonniere came with no straight pin. Are you kidding? We are ready to pin the boutonniere on my daughters date and we are scrambling around the house to find a straight pin! Ridiculous! This is the last straw with this place! The owner has been rude on multiple occasions, and we tried to overlook it. And we are always made to feel like we are lucky to have the Shop in town. No more!
