They regularly have no idea what is going on, they dont communicate to each other and they dont communicate or respond to family. The attitude of the management staff is rude and unhelpful. The living in conditions my father was in I would never wish upon anyone and the staff just allows it. They dont raise concerns to family members for help or address anything. While the property offers some nice amenities and has a good exterior appearance once you've been there beyond a visit its not a great place to think of family members living in.

Furthermore, after he passed, they had the gall to send me ( his friend) a bill. Because Greg was destitute, and they weren't satisfied with all of his pension and Medicaid. They sent me a bill... my attorney could not believe it. Careless, cold-hearted, money-grubbing are the words that come to mind. My recommendation is STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY!
