Like a reviewer below, I wasn't able to get in as fast as I'd hoped, but - given the circumstances of the world right now - I didn't let that bother me too much. This clinic is close to home and convenient to drive to. I had been working with their PTA, Brandie, who unfortunately was condescending and visibly annoyed while working with me. She would giggle after making passive comments about me/my performance in order to present the comments as playful, which was extremely unsympathetic considering my physical situation and level of pain. I felt like she was mocking me. At one point she even angrily snapped "I'm trying to help you!" when I winced during therapy. I don't believe any professional should be snapping at patients simply for having a reaction to the pain. That's part of the job and a big part of therapy. I guess my facial expressions displeased her? Strange. If I decide to return I will be requesting to work only with other staff.

I was lucky to get to work with Chris who has helped me through a number of challenges. I went in with a walker and now I am back to getting on with life as usual. I am healthier, stronger, and more flexible. Chris would listen to me when I said I found pain and we would work to remove it and keep on going. He would keep the workouts always changing and so it was never boring. Biosports has a lot of trainers. If you don't click with yours you could always ask for another one.

From the minute we walked through the ER doors to 24 hours later when my dad was wheeled to the car with his new pacemaker in place, we received nothing but kindness, caring, and attentiveness to our well-being. I wish I could remember everyone, but there were so many people within the 24 hours we were there that checked on us to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. From the ladies at check-in, to the nurses doing all the tests, to the ER doctors, both regular & cardio, even the young man who wheeled dad up to his room. Then there were the 3rd floor nurses, Kaylee & Isabel at night, then Joysee the next day, all of them were amazing! And for the cardio department who squeezed him in at the end of their day so he didn't have to stay an additional night, THANK YOU! Dr. Lin even came up after the surgery to check on him before we left. I can't say enough about all of these wonderful humans. They made a scary, unknown situation as pleasant and comfortable as it ever could have been. I highly recommend the cardio department at Confluence Wenatchee.

When I arrived, everyone was so prompt on getting things moving fast for me to ensure I was reassured my baby was okay and that I was okay too since I was feeling like cramping in my right side. My nurse Judy, Lisa, Brenna and another nurse that I hate that I didn't get her name but these gals were so amazing. They truly reassured me constantly despite me feeling so anxious that I was going to be okay. They admitted me for infection which I was not expecting and it turned into a 3 day stay, but despite that, they ensure to keep me hydrated, I felt heard and involved in my care. Dr Wells and Dr Marbett were amazing. I was a little upset about waiting on Dr wells all day to find out if I was staying another night or not especially since I was 3 1/2 hours from home and was eager to get back, but he apologized for the delay and was very kind. He was the on call doctor for the emergency room, mother baby, and labor & delivery so he was super busy all day unfortunately which is no fault to him at all. Some days you can't predict how busy you'll be. Dr wells ended up visiting me at 11pm while I was resting, but he was super kind about waking me up and gave me a reassuring update. The following day, he was very was very prompt on getting to me nice and early to ensure I was still okay and agreement with our plan for me to discharge which I was very eager for. My baby did cause us to have a little scare and contractions were happening prior to my discharge but Dr Peterson reassured me a lot and answered all of my questions so I could start on my trek home. Everyone here was so kind and considerate. I can't rave enough about their Mother/Baby department.
