Ordered Remembrance Roses to send to a family member whose companion pet of several, several years passed. Wanted an arrangement that had a soft look to it, nothing vibrant due to the situation. Roses were more of an orange color, not a soft look. There wasn't a ribbon tied around the vase, like it was supposed to and for which I paid. AND the worst part was it had these 3 weird antenna-looking things (a "ball" on a stick) sticking 4-6 inches out from the top of the arrangement in different places. Never have I seen this done to an arrangement in my life!!! Really??!! It was clear from the card message that this was going to someone who just experienced a loss. Instead the arrangement looks completely clownish with these things. I have never written a review until now. I am embarrassed and sad that the arrangement didn't convey the emotions and thoughts I wanted it to. Most people I would think, want flowers to express a feeling and message without the need for written words too. Lastly, I paid express delivery for same day delivery. There is really something to be said about reading reviews which I regret not doing first when ordering through this place. It looked legitimate, but it's an abysmal service and absolutely terrible! Ordered a beautiful floral arrangement or what I thought was a true arrangement to be delivered for someone who had recently lost their mom. Wasn't delivered on the date it said it would be and the customer service is non-existent other than chat bots that give the same canned answer. TERRIBLE!!! I ordered an orchid to be delivered as a house gift. It was $120. It arrived four days late. And they didn't send an orchid because they had "supply issues" but they swore they were sending a replacement of equal value. What we finally got was roses that were packed without water on the stems. They didn't even last 36 hours. They were not fresh and they were not impressive and they were not any kind of arrangement. They looked like something I could get at a grocery store. After multiple emails and phone calls they agreed for a 30% refund which was laughable. This company is a scam. You order a big, beautiful bouquet and they send a scrawny, embarrassingly small set of scraggly flowers (if they send anything at all). The people giving five star reviews are usually rating the website and ease of ordering, not the outcome. Lots of us have had fraudulent charges made on our credit cards after we file protests with our credit card companies. Sent flowers to my mother for mother's day. I decided to contact a local florist in Cedar City, Utah because I wanted an arrangement hand delivered. So I looked up local florists & Blossom Florist was on Google along with other florists. I spent alot of time choosing the perfect arrangement. So everything checked out, hand delivered (supposed local florist) delivery to be sent the day before Mother's Day (5/9/2026). Paid my $89.28 for a beautiful white basket arrangement of pink & white assorted flowers (Felicitous Flowers) was the name of the arrangement. Then comes May 9th & FEDEX dumps a box of flowers on the porch. The flowers were about 10 different colored roses no vase & already starting to wilt. My mother is 89 yrs old & now has to find a vase and arrange flowers which wasn't hard because there were very few greens with the roses. This was a horrible BAIT & SWITCH can't even believe it. When she thanked me for the Roses, I had her send me a picture of them. They were already wilting & only lasted a few days. I contacted customer service & sent them pictures of the Bait & Switch. All I wanted were the flowers I ordered to be redelivered by the local florist as promised. They were making arrangements for that, only nothing happened. I've contacted them multiple times always with same story, they couldn't believe it wasn't taken care of. Finally I told them to refund the money & I'd have them delivered by a different florist. We placed 5 flower delivery orders to the same address for Administrative Professionals Day. Only 2 arrived on time and in acceptable condition. Of the remaining 3: one was never delivered, one arrived two days late, and two arrived with flowers that were essentially dead on delivery. Oh and they also said they ran out of flowers....seriously? What made this experience worse was the complete lack of support from customer service -- no proactive communication, no solutions offered, and no accountability taken. They didn't deliver the flowers on time, I paid extra to have them delivered the morning too.
