I paid $150 + $5 tax for a reading by Brave Eagle. I wish I hadn't. My friend had recommended a reading from her really highly. I got a reading and it just didn't resonate. I'm sorry. And none of it has come to be yet. It didn't feel insightful. It felt disorganized and just sort of... off. When I told my friend she apologized and said, "Maybe I just liked her because she told me what I wanted to hear." It's too bad. I've had a lot of readings over the years in astrology or family constellations or Dagara divination and on and on. Some have been excellent and powerful and spot-on even if they weren't what I wanted to hear. And some readings are just sort of gray and feel like without power, like when someone sings christmas songs but doesn't understand the root of them like the ancestral earth-based emergent core of a process. The other things I look for in a reader or medicine work mentor are: humor, irreverence, kindness and a generosity of spirit. This felt a bit serious and dogmatic and not a lot of presence. I was so disappointed to be told as I walked in with my spouse and parents that because we were VACCINATED for COVID-19, we would be required to wear masks, but UN-VACCINATED people could enter the store maskless. You read that correctly. We thought we were hearing this incorrectly. But no -- the young guy working the store said the owner/s were not comfortable with people's choice to vaccinate and wanted this rule implemented. The four of us were appalled. This had nothing to do with health and safety - it was a way to make vaccinated people feel unwelcome and uncomfortable if they entered their store. We turned around and walked away, before coming inside all the way. This was our first attempt to visit the store, and had planned to purchase several things as we all enjoy crystals, etc -- but will never enter this store again. read more

As soon as I walked in I could practically hear the crystals singing with joy because they are treated properly there. I was hit with a massive wave of joy and happiness. I felt safe there. All of my questions were answered and I got plenty of helpful tips. I wish I could have stayed longer but I didn't want my 3 year old to release her chaos in the shop. Both of my kids got a crystal and one of them ended up being dubbed the "Monster Remover Wand." What really sold me was at checkout all of my items were cleansed with smoke! (I may have cried in the car because of the wonderful care and advice I received.) I look forward to going back without my kids so that I can have a proper look around. read more

Im usually not the person to be negative but so far my entire experience with blossoming path has been frustrating. I had called four times on four different days trying to set up an appointment, I would not not get a answer and sent to voice mail. I was basically playing phone tag with them since they would call me while I'm at work or school. So when I finally got ahold of them the I got the appointment for 11/21 at 4pm. Supper excited at this point! On 11/20 they call me to remind me for my massage at 4pm. Then (massage day) 11/21 I was called by Kim to tell me that they had to move my appointment to another day since they had double booked for that time. They won't be able to help me untill three weeks from today. The frustrating part is that. 1) I had to request today off to make is possible, so now I just lost Money /hours at work. 2) it had been trying to book this appointment for days and it took forever to finally get one 3) got a confirmation/reminder call the day before but they didn't notice that they were double booked that day while making the calls. 4) getting a call two hours before my appointment to tell me they can't help me but are going to help the other client instead. 5) this is not my fault and went out of my way to request a day off work to make this happen. I am a full time student who needs to work everyday to afford life. So getting my time wasted is disappointing. 6) I have been in a lot of back pain and was really looking forward to this& having to wait a extra three weeks seems a bit ridiculous to me. I will update this after the three weeks pass by and I get my massage to finish off my full experience read more

Such a cool place. They have so many cool things under one roof, from crystals to colored candles, incense and scent sprays, to a psychic and massage that will help heal you. Also they have the sweetest little white kitty that obviously owns the whole store and everything in it. If you need to cleanse your home, they sell sage sticks and big bundles as well. If you want a new charm necklace or bracelet to inspire you, you can find them here. They also have classes and guest speakers quite often which is something I am interested in. Pick up a gem or a crystal to take home with you and ask after it's purpose if you want to find out which stones represent what. I arrived 10 minutes before the store was closing to get some emergency house cleansing supplies and Daniel is my hero! He helped me get everything I need, explained the procedure because this was my first time, was so patient and never rushed me to hurry up so they could close. He even wrote out the prayers/decrees that he uses to give me a starting point and I used them and added my own. I am so thankful that this store exists and hope it will for many, many years to come! read more

They have a rather nice selection of crystals & spiritual books despite it being a small shop. So I found this place through Groupon and am very glad I did. I have not been to old Fair Oaks in years and headed out here for my massage and Reiki session. I parked out front of Blossoming Path which is where Kim has her business. I was greeted by Smokey the really cute rooster who was hanging outside. I knew right away this was going to be fun. I went inside and found the biggest and prettiest rock/stone collection I have seen in a long time. The owner greeted me and I was informed Kim would be with me shortly. So obviously I have questions about all of this, since its new to me but you can read that on Blossoming Paths review. I was welcomed by Kim and given a questionnaire and then taken back to her space for my session. She took the time to talk to me and ask questions as well as answer mine and explain to me what will be happening in the Reiki session. I had heard about and seen Reiki before but never experienced it so I was rather excited. Kim is very loving and caring so I immediately felt comfortable with her and was totally at ease and open to the experience. I felt great coming here but have to say I felt fabulous afterwards! The Reiki portion was only a short session (15 min) not the usual 45mins but I still felt like it "touched" me. The massage was fabulous and she really worked out a few places that I wasn't even aware of. This was by far one of the most caring and loving environments to have a relaxing massage that I have been to. You aren't just another client here, Kim really takes the time to get to know you and get a feel for who you are. I really enjoyed my first visit here and will certainly be back again and again. Kim is a Reiki Master Teacher, Acupressurist, and Massage Therapist trained in several modalities. I've shopped at Blossoming Path on and off for a few years now and have always had a great experience. In addition, I finally got around to taking a class and I will be back for many more! It was an amazing meet up and I can't wait to see what else they have to offer. The people involved with this shop are uplifting, accepting, peace-bringing and joyous. I have dabbled in spiritually based classes/teachings here and there in the past. It can be a challenge to find a person or organization that resonates spiritually and personally. December 2013 This is the 2nd time I'm reviewing a massage therapist and don't want anyone to know about her.....because she's SOOOOOOO GREAT and of course I'm being selfish because I don't want her to get too busy for me~ :) However, I'm not that selfish obviously, and I really DO want EVERYONE to know how incredibly gifted Kim Sullivan truly is!!! I went to this store for the first time and I have mixed feelings about it. The store has a nice selection of specimens, but be aware that not everything is labeled correctly! I have been studying gemology for about a year and was helping them label a few items. Also, whomever was working the register the day I went had very very little knowledge about gemstones and had a hard time identifying a few of them. I tried to inform her 3 different times that I am studying gemology, but I don't think she was listening and kept putting slips of paper into my package anyways, and also kept searching her binder for pictures to identify them. While she was trying to package all my items, a woman walked in and began chatting with the lady who was helping me. This caused her to take 20 mins to do everything and whoever she was was VERY rude! I tried to say something to who was helping me and the other woman just interrupted me and started talking over me! Also, there is a very nice old cat that is there, so if you are allergic stay away from this place because there is cat hair everywhere! I also know that there are some people allergic to sage, and they use it in abundance. I personally like sage, but there are no open windows anywhere which makes it slightly overwhelming. The lighting was also very poor, I had to keep walking over to a window to try and see inclusions and color variations. I would go back because they have items of nice quality. But PLEASE hire people who have a gemology/geology background because it looks very unprofessional. I got Apophyllite that was labeled as Crystal Quartz and Nuummite that was labeled as Astrophyllite. read more

They have a very well organized selection of jewelry and crystals and each comes with a description of the properties the item possesses. Had a relaxing healing session with Kim felt so refreshed that I booked another appointment for next time.

Went a few times and thought the owner (Kim) was ok . But, I was very mistaken. I told her that the middle of my back was a little stiff. Next thing I knew she was pushing on the side of my rib cage when I yelped!! We both felt my rib move and she said that this had never happened before. I went to the Dr. who said if it is still very sore in a week it is broken. If it starts to get better it is badly bruised. Well, I have a badly bruised rib. This is the second week and I am still sore but getting better. I would NOT ever recommend Consciously Living In Light to anyone. Beware! read more
