On weekends, it's harder to find parking, but with patience, you'll get one. My sister wanted to go to vampire penguin but we were distracted by "Garden of Enchantment." As we walked in, we noticed the astrology books and then crystals, wind chimes... there were beautiful wooden chests that I want to come back for. This store has narrow isles and gets packed! So be careful! Any of these items can be beautiful gifts or just something special for yourself. I ended up getting some jewelery and some incense for my daughter. Some items felt like they were very overpriced. Like... back in Roseville, I could get the same crystal for at least $8 cheaper. Not that I couldn't afford it, but to me, it was a ridiculously priced... but hey!! It's in Old Sacramento... which can be a touristy kinda place! So prices get hiked! If you are looking for a unique ring here is the place to go. They are very patient as you pick out your jewelry and don't try to upsell you. They listen to what you are looking for and help you find just what your heart desires. Their jewelry is truly magical I love that they have free cleanings and they always check to ensure the stones don't come loose. We try to come once a month or every other month depending on our schedules. Run don't walk as they are closing their doors around Christmas as it's time to retire. Been on the corner across the street from Dino the green Apatosaurus dinosaur since dinosaurs roamed the earth (on Freeport Blvd.). And he's got those fancy fufu machines that ascertain alloys, track satellites, perform alchemy, and look like they're really important. Okay, I might have embellished that last sentence a bit and show I have no idea what about talking about, but otherwise I stand by everything I said about the shop in my aim to be as transparent as possible in giving my honest assessnent. When he and the misses retire we lose a service that was high caliber and are few and hard to find. Kinda like the dinosaurs. Dino is still there!
