I had high hopes for this hair salon and I was brought nothing but absolute disappointment and TERRIBLE hair. I started off with brown thick and course hair and I was left with thin damaged and broken hair. Not to mention it was no where close to brown, they dyed my hair blonde?? Not to mention the customer service is HORRIBLE. I got my mother to contact the owner of the salon and he is terrible at negotiating a solution for my hair. They offered to redo my hair colour buy do you really think my hair can take anymore bleaching?? My mother asked if they can just dye my hair black to cover the damage and the owner seems to have a lot of difficulty with replying consistently. I got my hair dyed on the 4th of November, it is now the 18th of December and my mother and owner have still been negotiating since then. This salon REFUSES to refund my $500 and isnt offering a treatment for my extremely damaged hair even though I said I'm willing to wait a few months till it's safe to get a japanese hair treatment. the amount of fuss that has come out of this hair salon is insane, I have spent so much money trying to cover the irreversible damage their work has done to my hair. I'm extremely disappointed with this hair salon's work to my hair, their irresponsible customer service, and their employees. Do NOT come to this salon.

It's no Tony & Guy, and you won't be getting modelling offers for GQ, but you'll definitely get that alternative look if that's what you're looking for. I've come out of this hairdresser with red, purple, blonde and pink hair on many occasions (all deliberate), and though your parents might not agree with the choices you've made, you'll certainly be happy with the job that Sogo did. They also stock the hugely popular Japanese styling brand Gatsby - but it cames at a hefty price. You won't really have much chance of finding these elsewhere, so your best bet is to just bite the bullet and pay up if you won't your hair to be immovable like Pauly D or some Jersey jackass.

First, these guys destroyed my hair, and I had to cut it short, which made me cry (but I've moved on and love my hair now!).The hairdresser didn't know how to use the colour corrector product properly. She left it on too long, and it lifted not just the subtle ginger splotches I had from growing out a previous dye job, but EVERY bit of colour, and fried my hair in the proccess. She hadn't planned for that and had been coloring the rest of my hair to 'match' whilst the corrector did its' job. But the dye she added was 10x shades too dark. So, the dye was dark at the ends and lemon yellow and frizzy in the middle where the color corrector had been. What would a decent hairdresser do here? Admit their mistake, refuse to take my money, and re-book asap to fix the disgusting mess. But NOPE. She let me leave, obviously close to tears. I posted reviews about this experience on another reviews website. Then, I discovered that someone from the salon was posting fake reviews on that website in order to bump up their star rating to try and 'hide' my negative review.
