They offer a biannual rate that's a little less than the one-time rate, so we keep them coming back and our house never gets yucky. We first used them when we bought a very old mobile that was covered in mold, mildew, stains, dirt, insects, vines, and so much more. Plus the porch was black and slick with years of mold and rot. We thought the porch wasn't even salvageable, but it looked brand new after they were finished. Actually the whole siding looked new too! We were shocked.
