8/18/2026. Our experience with Coastal Protection Surveillance was very satisfying and rewarding. First, my husband and I would like to thank Mike for being patient and explicit in giving information about the type of camera system to purchase for our home. After placing the order, the date and time were set, along with an ETA. We were notified in ample time of the technician's name and picture who would be installing our camera system. On the day of installation, Steve was prompt, anticipated our expectations, and reiterated what he would be doing. Steve assessed placement for each camera and explained all the changes that needed to be made before installation. After installing the cameras and DVR, Steve viewed each camera with us and showed us how to operate the DVR. He was open to suggestions, which we appreciate. Coastal Protection provided world class service from the initial walk through & speed of estimate, to the installation of all the hardware on site. Entire installation was completed within 48 hours, with all cameras installed and connected to software. Brian, Allen, Eli & Ryan were paramount with the installation on site and the connection to the software. Our outside beach storage closet had a rusted deadbolt that was not moving. They were able to send someone out that day to replace the lock and rekeyed the new lock to our existing keys. They we're very courteous and I recommend them highly. read more
