They did our pedicures in 15 minutes, we both still had rough spots on our great toes and our heels!! They hardly did anything to remove the dry skin !! We paid extra to get the sugar scrub/massage but there was no massage she just rubbed lotion on our feet and legs with no pressure, no massage!! My daughter's technician applied the wrong color and wouldn't believe my daughter till my daughter put her foot down and got the right color!!! He is autistic and has sensory issues. Despite practicing with the mask, he can't and won't wear one. They REFUSED to let him in for the hair cut! Even though I wore a mask like they asked. It was the FIRST time any where that someone was so NOT understanding. I was livid. And yes, of course I explained. They still refused my baby boy!! My son and his dad USED TO go there for their hairgcuts often. NOT ANYMORE
