Got a fill and an eyebrow wax. They did a phenomenal job! Very quick and exactly what I wanted.

My daughter and I got pedicures last Saturday as we have in the past but something has changed. The women doing the pedicures now are terrible! They did our pedicures in 15 minutes, we both still had rough spots on our great toes and our heels!! They hardly did anything to remove the dry skin !! We paid extra to get the sugar scrub/massage but there was no massage she just rubbed lotion on our feet and legs with no pressure, no massage!! My daughter's technician applied the wrong color and wouldn't believe my daughter till my daughter put her foot down and got the right color!!! I've been going here for 7 years but no more, prices have gone up, service way down!! So disappoint read more

Like an idiot I tried this place again thinking they may have improved. However, no such luck. I had a pedicure done and she started to put the polish on and then put the UV light over top of my foot. I told her I never asked for gel so she said it was five dollars to remove it! TERRIBLE my mom had to even them out, they put acrylic OVER my cuticle. the fake nail was crooked. $60 too and not worth it. the lady kept hitting my had, had a red mark by the time i left. NOT HAPPY read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. I don't mind paying prices for the things I love and enjoy, but the fact that this nail salon charges 10.00 for gel, 5.00 for what style or nail tip you want, and NOW they're charging for length? How? How does that add up to charge for the length of a nail you are ALREADY paying for? & to top it off, for the last 5 years this where I have been coming because since covid some don't have enough people to do walk ins and half the time I don't know when I can make it or not, so this is where I've came and within the last 5 years I leave almost every time with different lengths on each finger nail or damn near different sizes. They are never even closely alike. & you literally can't ask them for any kind of design without them acting like they can't do it or have the right tools. Done here, will not be coming back. I will make the drive to pay the prices for nails that are well worth it. read more

This used to be a great place with dedicated workers. They were thorough and paid attention to detail. Now they have young men who are not at all interested in pleasing the customer. My feet were so wet when I left that I almost slipped and fell. They had a supervisor looking over their shoulder but not offering any real advice for improved detail. I had to ask to have the grater tool used (not even used previous visit). They barely spent any time trying to remove roughness from my heels and feet. So sorry that they got new chairs etc and degraded their service. I vote with my wallet....will drive to Fort Wayne to get a decent job now. read more

I showed up today and it was swamped. I didn't mind the wait however I had terrible service. I got a fill and polish change. I had red on before and asked for a French manicure . I had red still on my fingernails and she just left it and polished over the parts that were red. had polish all over my fingers. then turned the white yellow some how. I'm extremely disappointed. i have been here a few times and never had a very good experience. For the love of God someone please open a decent nail salon in the area. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Please do not go here!! Save yourself your money!!! I went and got a pedicure and a full set, my pedicure was $30, and was my shellac is peeling off, literally never have had this happen in YEARS of getting my nails done! they charged me $60 SIXTY dollar for a full set and it's been five days and my top coat has turned brown and is peeling off, not to mention my nails being crooked and not at all what I asked for! There were 5 of us that went this past weekend for pedicures.....the customer service was terrible, very inconsistent with each pedicure when it came to the massage,hot towels, and stones. And not to mention the very next day all of my gel nail polish that I paid extra for so it would last longer peeled off. Prices were way cheaper than I am use to and now I know why. read more

So far this is a great place I get my nails done here once every three weeks to a month I've seen that each time I get my nails done I've had to wait 10-20 minutes and sometimes they take straight away the nail tech that works on my nails is so focused in her work and she does a great job the first set of nails I got done I wasn't too impressed but the last two sets I was in love with them! I took my three year old daughter here to get her fingernails and toenails polished. She wanted snow flakes and snowmen on them. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to what my three year old wanted. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We will certainly bring our business back to Nail art. Didn't really want to come here but they were the only ones who aloud walk ins... kinda upset but it's whatever. The lady who did mine was so rude. They didn't have the light yellow color I wanted so she picked out a different one for me and when I asked her if I could see it on one nail before all my nails she rolled her eyes and did a ugh sound. She also did an ugh sound when I asked for the flower finger in the 1st pic and she complaining about the background color so she picked a random color for me. I asked her if she could do it and she said yes. Clearly she lied. I called and asked the owner if she could fix them and she said yes but when I went back today they gave me the same lady who did them. They all were talking about my nails and saying nothing is wrong with them as I was trying to explain how the polish was clumpy. So the lady redid them and I just told her to take them off and she was being rude and I asked if I could get my money back for the design and they all were being rude again and I finally put my foot down and said I don't want it anymore so she gave me $3 back for the design.. the blue ones are better but still not happy with the outcome. My daughter had a fill on her acrylic nails. There were ridges on every nail and then the girl touched them by rubbing them to see if dry and messed them up. They only put 3 coats on my gel nails and a day later my nails were breaking which had never happened ever from any other place. They looked sloppy. I could have done a better job with regular polish. read more

To preface my review, I used to work in the service industry and because of that I always try to give the benefit of the doubt when I receive poor service. However I was extremely frustrated leaving this establishment and am still dealing with their poor work. Upon going in to get my gel nails soaked off and have a new gel set put on, the woman decided instead of waiting for them to soak she was just going to rip the gel off. After ripping half of my first nail off and hurting me I asked her to stop and soak them off. She got annoyed with me and reluctantly got the necessary supplies to soak them, but ended up taking them off with a drill and ruining all of my nails. I went here 3 months ago and my nails are still in very poor condition. There is a visible change in quality on my nails where you can tell I got them done at Nail Art, and you can see the drastic improvement from the new place I go to. My nails continue to break very painfully at the skin, even with new gel polish on. From my time in the service industry, no matter my experience I have always left a tip. This was the only time I didn't and the woman looked at me like I was completely out of line and caused a scene. She was rude, lazy, hurt me multiple times throughout without a care and did a terrible job on my nails. Only once it came time to pay did she start being nice. I am still dealing with the poor quality so many months later and am very frustrated, therefore I recommend going anywhere but here. read more

This is the second time I have gone to this establishment to get a pedicure. While the second time was much better than the first, it's not up to standards. While the massage of feet and legs was great and relaxing the Polish was very messy and all over my skin both times I was here and by the next day it looked even worse. Not to mention I left with a bleeding foot. I think it's safe to say I won't be attempting a third try. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I came in for a gel soak off and a basic manicure.. anyone who has been to a nail salon knows in order to get shellac off you need to soak a cotton ball in acetone and wrap foil around it. Instead all they did was drill and buff and drill and buff.. after that she did my manicure, which started chipping that night.. so a few days later I go back to explain the proper way to do THEIR job and they still aren't getting it.. still more drilling and buffing since they didn't even get all the shellac off the first time.. then the lady had the nerve to get up and go start on a new client! I love nail art they are so polite and don't speak a different language to other employees and then laugh at you like some places. They are a little pricey but I always get what I pay for. Weekend days aren't always to busy but some Fridays get busy. Location is great! They keep the salon very clean and organized. Are not to rough with your fingers. They have a great color selection and will offer to fix all nails for free if you go back that day. read more

they got it done pretty quick and prices are fairly cheap. my only complaint is that the lady who did my nails seemed in a rush to get done with my nails and i also had to ask her multiple times to look at the other color options that what are on display. read more
