A bit surprised to see all the reviews all over the place for this shop. Granted I only come in for…read morean oil change and not much else but I always felt as a female rider the fellas I dealt with were respectful and trust me ladies, I can smell that type of BS a mile away being in the automotive industry. That isn't to diminish what another reviewer felt but I got lucky I guess dealing with 2 guys who were decent there. They have given me tips about not cleaning my bike often enough between seasons (oops) haha but I always felt that were super accommodating to me for appointments and worked on my bike quickly so I can be on my merry way within the hour. Prices are subjective to each reviewer depending on how big the project is but parts costs so much now and that cost needs to be passed on which isn't unique to Cyclewerx - just the sad reality of the world we live in today.
