VOS Motors handled my bike purchase quickly and efficiently. My bike was ready in 3 days. Those…read moredays included signing the financing paperwork, cleaning and servicing any issues on the bike, licencing and me going down there to get it. The bike, the day after I got it, turned up a "no start" issue and after contacting VOS, they went into "overdrive" and inside of 24 hours had a mechanic out to look at it. The fix was simple and he was able to get it running at my location, but he was prepared to take it back to the shop to fix it and then deliver it to me again. I'd recommend them to anyone.

When they sold my friend his bike they entered the incorrect VIN number . This was not discovered until my friend was involved in a no fault accident. Granted I only come in for…read morean oil change and not much else but I always felt as a female rider the fellas I dealt with were respectful and trust me ladies, I can smell that type of BS a mile away being in the automotive industry. That isn't to diminish what another reviewer felt but I got lucky I guess dealing with 2 guys who were decent there. They have given me tips about not cleaning my bike often enough between seasons (oops) haha but I always felt that were super accommodating to me for appointments and worked on my bike quickly so I can be on my merry way within the hour. Prices are subjective to each reviewer depending on how big the project is but parts costs so much now and that cost needs to be passed on which isn't unique to Cyclewerx - just the sad reality of the world we live in today.
