The two fellas taking care of the vehicle in front of us as well as our own took great care to make sure our vehicles were clean to the best of their ability before sending us through the automatic wash. They took the time to notice what each vehicle needed and targeted those places instead of just going through the motions. We are excited to come back!

The last time I washed my car I was using their soft soap dispensing brush with one hand and in the other a micro fiber towel. Which together I was trying to scrape off the bugs from the front of my car when the soap stopped all of a sudden. I stand up to find the guy running the place had turned off the sprayer and began yell "no bucket washing, if you want to do that go home and do it out side your house". He then points to a sign with a bucket and sponge that says no bucket washing. First off I did not have no damn bucket second I live in a apartment so I can't wash my car outside it and third he wasted a minute and a half of my money. I understand why no bucket washing because they want you to pay for your time and not just use a little of their stuff and take up space, but I was using their stuff I had my credit card running on a timer I should be able use a rag if I want to during that time. This rude and unnecessary hostility was also experienced by one of my roommates who failed to head my warning about this place.

The way that it all was done under 3 minutes made me feel suspicious about the service. When I pulled over to check, my truck was still covered with dirt and debris. My tires didn't get washed at all. The whole truck didn't get washed at all. I have never regretted spending money like that before as much I did last night. I feel like I was scammed into paying $12 for a service that I didn't receive and there was no one there to talk to. One girl was up there on her own and she didn't even know what to do because she new. This was a complete was of time and money.

Pre wash used to include bug soak but now they skip leaving the bugs on. Wheels and wheel wells used to be sprayed off now just a cursory wet down. Windows used to be blasted off now a quick wet down. Adjustments to soap/rinse now leave soap on the back of my car per photos of another reviewer. Very happy with Cameron as manager before he left now looking elsewhere with the new management in place One * for Good Price One * Car is somewhat cleaner One * Sympathy, used to be great place So Sad :(
