Started to drive nothing wrong but a little dirty so took it to Tommy's and payed. At the end the brush took out my sunroof wind deflector stop and pickup the broken part which when broke off it scape across my hood then they came out and took info and waited 3 days and emailed that they won't cover it cause my truck is 10 or more older. And thiers sign at beginning. Wow so would I or recommend this car wash NO. They hide behind policy that if it is not post be for you drive up or the attendant would mention it be you enter or take your money. So Sad read more

JASSICA IS AMAZING! i was having a really stressful day and NEEDED to vacuum my car. i went through the wash & there were no vacuums available & people were honking at my so i couldn't wait. i started crying & didn't know what to do. i went back to ask if there was a way for me to just vacuum. Jassica told me that the vacuums are open 24/7 but i couldn't back up so she let me go through again for free & i was able to vacuum my car!! It really made my day. she was also SO sweet & had such great energy. it was a great experience. also my car is crystal clear. the best drive thru car wash i've ever been to. read more

Tried Tommy's for the first time. Popped off my back wiper and extended it so much vertically I had to go to the dealership to fix. They found my wiper in the tunnel but told me I had to go to a dealership for the service to repair it back into proper position. I appreciate them not wanting to break my wiper further, but not even an apology or offer to make it right. I'm sitting at the dealership now and will see if I get a bill. I just was here to get a car wash after having parked under a tree for a mere 30 minutes, during which time the local flock of crows decided to populate the branches above. My white car became the landing area of each bit of lime green droppings that escaped the bowels of those birds. Upon noticing the fluorescent green glow of my vehicle I rushed here to Tommy's Express. Upon my arrival, employees eyeballed the vehicle in disgust, just as I had a few minutes prior. I discussed the best wash option with the employees at the window, and they informed me that I may go through the wash twice to remove any green stains. They also provided me with a microfiber towel to help me get any stains off that remained. SAVANNAH was SUCH a big help! There were no stains remaining and the wash got every bit off. This will be my go to car wash when I am here in town! 10/10 read more

Went for the first time yesterday and got a long scratch on my trunk from the scrubbers, plus one side view mirror -- which was already folded in -- got folded back the other "wrong" way by the scrubbers. Fortunately it doesn't seem permanently damaged but I won't be coming back and risking more damage. My car is a small Ford sedan so I know it wasn't too wide for the wash, it was easily the smallest car there. On top of all that, there was still dirt on the car around the windows and in dirty drips down the side of the car. Terrible. read more

Love this place. One you pull in there is a camera to verify your license plate and you just pull through. There's free Vacuuming after the car wash. Since I'm a prime customer with an account if I see a small spec of anything I'm going straight to Tommy's Express Carwash. read more

Since they wouldn't do the right thing , I replaced the part that Tommy's scratched on the car. The auto parts store said look at the water damage before I told then what had happened. BTW it only cost $35 to fix. Now why wouldn't Tommy's correct the issue instead of their protocol of denying claims.? Whirring brushes and sliding cars do not equal positive results every single time. Oh and when your car isn't clean Tommy's says they only can vouch for 70% of the vehicle? Tommy's is the best!!! Membership is the way to go, you can wash your car every day if you like which is helpful in kansas! Free vacuums are great and the staff is amazing they will help you in any way they can! This place even has a machine that will clean your floor mats, I think the staff has come to know me because today they even gave me free air fresheners which was great!! I went today for a car wash and noticed the brushed were tight against the car. When I left and checked at my next stop, I found out that they had scratched my car on both sides - but especially the drivers side doors. I returned and pointed it out and heard, "oh, ok." He did admit to seeing the scratches but made no offer of talking to a manager - no offer to take a phone number - no apology - no question to see what I'd like done. No concern for what happened. Not offering to talk to a manager right away plays into things later as when I did return the next day after reaching out on the internet to them and getting it looked out they could say it could have happened since you left. I worked at a car wash during high school and college - sometimes the brushes would pick up something that would scratch a car and our insurance would pay even if questionable if we actually did it or not.... So I know how this should be handled and was not - as not even "hey, sorry, what can we do?" was offered. Update: I contacted a manager and filed a report. Very polite guy. They "reviewed" camera footage to see if my car was scratched before and after I went through the car wash - one scratch they did see was on the car going into the wash - I don't remember it but can accept that - but the scratches down the entire side that covered a fender and two doors in long finger nail like marks that I know for fact were not there - they could not see them before I went into into the wash - but they said were not their coming out - so if not there going in and are there now - where did they come from - they are very light and if you don't want to see them - you won't - they claim they did not show up on their camera. I asked to see the footage they looked at to deny my claim - as it's a review of my claim - I was told they don't let customers review it to see if they agree or not - transparency is the foundation of good business - it's not a privacy issue - it's only of my car. Judge - jury and sentencing without my ability to review their evidence. they said I'd have to file with my insurance to see the video - but that is a collision claim so my insurance goes up... This is a slick way to deny people's claims and concerns. Very poor business practices.... read more

Yesterday I went to get my car washed. I had to wait in line for over 15 minutes while one of the representatives at the window had a conversation with one of the customers. Then when I finally get to the window, a different person took over the window and I asked him if he could guide me into the car wash since I was driving a SUV and I was a little nervous. He stated that is not something they do but the day before a kind gentleman guided my daughter into the car wash. I said fine I will figure it out on my own. When the employee closed the window, he began talking with the other employees who were hanging out in office and pretended to kick the air twice. I guess he didn't like that I asked for assistance and decided it would be funny to pretend to drop kick me. So unprofessional! It took everything out of me not to honk the horn and tell him how unprofessional he was!!! read more

I went to Tommy's two weekends ago and talked to Jassica. She was so nice and doesn't know how amazing she made my day. I was having a rough morning and talking to her made it better.
