I am forever grateful to this amazing facility, and especially to Mandie. While we were out of…read moretown, our Golden Retriever, JoJo, experienced a medical emergency. Because the staff pays such close attention to the dogs in their care, they noticed a problem early on. JoJo had been acting completely normal at drop-off, but a couple days into her stay, they sensed something was wrong and trusted their instincts.They immediately stepped up and took JoJo to the emergency vet. Mandie stayed by JoJo's side when we couldn't, acting as her comfort and protector while we cut our trip short and raced back home. Even after we returned to town and took over, Mandie constantly checked in on JoJo to see how she was doing.The most incredible part is that we didn't even really know Mandie, and we have never met her in person. JoJo had only been there for daycare and boarding a handful of times. For Mandie and the staff to treat JoJo with this level of devotion, love, and urgency is truly extraordinary. They didn't just board our dog; they saved her life and looked after our family during a terrifying time. We will never take JoJo anywhere else!

She was responsive from the start, an excellent communicator, and helped us anytime we had questions leading up to our kitties big trip. She arrived promptly and prepared on the day of departure to our apartment in San Diego, and was very sweet and kind. She sent us pictures and updates of their travel adventures along the way, and did a door to door hand off, collecting the three cats with me in San Diego and taking them to our new apartment in Chicago where my partner was awaiting their arrival. We could not recommend her more. What could have been an extremely difficult and stressful day for all of us (cats included) was taken care of by Amanda. Our cats had an adventure and got to their new home in record time, immediately busy exploring their new home and wanting to be fed. We are so grateful this service exists. I'm posting a review for their dog walking services. I would NOT RECOMMEND. I cancelled all future…read morewalks with them earlier this week. I have used them twice a day at the same times every day for the last 1-1.5 months with the same walker, although I met a backup walker at some point just in case the first was unavailable. During this time they have been fairly disorganized with incorrect pricing which I have been pretty lenient on, just correcting it and moving on with my day. Tuesday was the final straw. They made a change in the schedule without telling me and allowed some stranger (whom I have never met and who has never met my two German shepherds before) to enter my home alone, without my permission or knowledge, and walk my dogs at the wrong time of day as well. Not good because my dogs are on medications that make them pee a lot so we have to specifically time their walks to prevent accidents. More importantly, if something happened to the walker in my house because dogs can be territorial to strangers in their house, I WOULD BE LIABLE. The owner, Olga, said it was an honest mistake and said she thought I had met this walker before but now sees in my files that I met someone else. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but I also don't really care because in the end, this was a huge violation of my privacy. Olga assured me she wouldn't charge me for this walk, which is laughable because I wasn't planning on paying for it. Beware of this company.
